Good store, but early on troubles completing orders in full/as described
The store is really cool, the owner seems very nice, but the very first order i bought something that was apparently out of stock, they couldn't find it, they refunded that item.
I order again, and one of the items has a missing disc, the site shows there being two discs, so i contact seller, he responds telling me he will contact me about it next day. Next day comes, no contact from them. I message them again on their site, no reply.
I should not have to chase it, it should be checked properly before it's sent out. Otherwise the other items in orders were nicely packaged just as described.

1st time good, 2nd time bad - awaiting refund.
Bought 1 game initionally - went smoothly. Disc was good, described well.
So, thought to buy another bundle of games. Upon recieveing the games, 1 disc was utterly destroyed, 1 was a foriegn disc placed in a UK box and the other was fairly described. Contacted the seller to say I was unhappy, he stated just to send them all back, awaiting full refund.
Probably a honest seller, but description and deception of deep scratches (not pictured) on quite a expensive game was a little concerning. I did take pictures for proof before returning all games back.
Seller did provide postage label at his cost, which is good.

Hi Nick, appreciate the review, even if misleading, you mention the foreign disc, the game bought was the Italian job, for the game cube, the disc is correct and plays English. Every disc released for this game shows the same foreign word at the end of the disc “braquage” do a quick search on eBay and you will see the disc was correct and English. The scratches on the other game mentioned were in the listing and despite them the game was in full working order. But I am guessing you didn’t test or try any of the games otherwise you would have known of your mistake trying to call out the Italian job as being a foreign disc. Issuing a simple refund is the easiest way to rectify the issue for us. But please do check and you will see have been transparent and the whole situation was a misunderstanding on your part.

Ordered 2 games, slight delay on despatch, but when notified, they made a courtesy call direct to myself to apologise and I received the games within 24hrs. Very happy overall, will keep my eye on the shop for more deals.
