Had the jacket about 12months and until recently it was great but now fully charged the heat light just flickers and doesn’t heat up, not sure if I need a new battery, anyone else had a similar problem?

Bought this for my hubby who feels the cold, absolutely fabulous he is now warm and comfortable when we play golf, he feels so good he even beats me now 😂😂

My husband and I each have a gilet and LOVE IT! So I bought one for my friend who is very hard to buy presents for. Hopefully she loves it too. I ordered it and it was delivered the next day. Fabulous company!

Bought a gilet for my partner which turned out to be too big. Had an email exchange with customer services who gave a list of stipulations about the return (including returning the tissue paper). I complied as per the instructions but got a response to say the power bank packaging and bag were damaged (they were not when I sent the item). They would only refund me part of what I paid. Really feel like they were just shaking me down for a few quid. Would not deal with this company again.

Great jacket, comfy warm good fit, but no 12 months warranty as the company is closing down ( they don't tell you before you order )

Hi Bought this jacket for my father-in-law who suffers from the cold quite badly.
He could happily sit outside with us on our socially-distanced bbq for his birthday last week
The jacket was on full heat all day and the battery pack lasted all day long
It's a thumbs up from him and from us!
Sizing I would say is quite snug - if you will be layering up opt for the next size

Heats up real quick and very cosy
