Bought a merida 8000, very nice bike, had a few problems . Still have a few problems and a few more because 99 bikes is of no use, except for Patrick. Basic warranty is to look it up on the internet or leave it for a week. Sent them a email a week ago and have not heard a word. Take your money some where else I will

In a word "Lucie". She was very courteous and professional when I took my bike in for a service. She explained, in simple terms, what was required. The service was completed on time. Overall, I have found 99Bikes to be a very good shop to deal with.

I have already recommended them to some of my riding colleagues.

Staff at Blackburn store are always friendly and helpful.

Few things for improvement
Took longer than expected to wait for item to arrive in store for pickup
Packaging of rack was just bubble wrap and no instructions or guideline
When brought back in store to return or exchange, customer service to help seemed uninterested in helping out help resolve/suggest how
Glad they suggested try asking workshop but workshop staff too preoccupied with another customer when extra staff behind desk could at least ask what my issue was or at least say we won't be long
When I was given service, glad they helped but wasn't able to solve and didn't really suggest how to solve

Ordered online and the crew had the bike ready that day.

Found my new bike shop!!

When I ordered a packrack with the bike I expected it to be installed when I collected the bike. It was not and I had to wait four days for parts for installation to arrive from another branch. The bike does a good job at its price point and even better when the 2021 model was 40% off the price of the 2022 model!

Purchased an e bike for my wife but unfortunately it was not suitable for her. 99 bikes were true to their word and I was able to return the bike without any issues at all. Customer support was fantastic and most understanding in our situation.
