The guys are always helpful but every bike we have purchased is put together very poorly. My sons handlebars came loose on the first ride causing him to crash and hurt him self quit badly and both my bike and my partners bikes seats continually come loose and have done so from the very first rides. It's a shame because the bikes them selves are great but who ever is putting them together needs to pay more attention to the build.

My bike was assembled and ready to pickup within a week very happy Declan was very helpful and knowledgeable about products and advice he gave me was very helpful .

Asking for a review of a product when I haven’t received it. Aus post is going to take a month to deliver to the CBD in Adelaide. It would be good if you knew what your couriers are up to.

I flew up from Melbourne with my bike and when I put it together there was a wobble in the head tube. I took it to 99 Bikes in Burleigh and in the workshop Luke knew exactly what was wrong. He fixed it on the spot within 5 minutes when another bike shop was unhelpful and unable to fix it. Super impressed with 99 Bikes.

Staff were extremely profession and knowledgeable. I was most impressed and made a purchase that I had not intended on doing as I entered the store.

The website is excellent to do your initial research with. Very detailed descriptions and specifications for each bike. Then in store, even though busy, the staff were great at serving the customers and answering any questions and still no big wait times. I should have asked more questions from their knowledgeable staff but my fault for being in a rush to take my bike for a ride! Definitely will go back for future purchases and get all the information that may be needed! Well done on all 3 visits over Xmas!

Buying my daughter's new bike for Christmas was made seamless and enjoyable because of Caleb at Burleigh. He was so friendly, helpful and went out of his way to swap the bike I had bought for a smaller one to suit my daughter's needs. Very grateful and so happy with the quality of our daughter's bike. Will definitely be back in time to buy our next bike. Thanks again Caleb :)

Excellent in all aspects.. especially timely delivery in week pre Xmas.
One cyçle jersey was too small for recipient but staff at Burleigh Store were most cooperative in arranging for new size to be provided.

I recently purchased an electric cruiser bike in the colour Sage at 50% off (great price) and I absolutely love it. The service I received was outstanding. A teenage boy (sorry I didn't ask his name) was our salesman and he was very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. I can highly recommend this store.

Website was accurate and item was in stock. They had the order ready the next morning. And the bonus was they were literally the only store open as it was a public holiday.

Happy with the recent service, however the bike still has some squeaks and the frame was supposed to have been wiped over but I don't think it was. Very minor complaints, will come back next service :)

From order to pick up experience was awesome. I was phoned everyday with an update of where bike was as it had to come from another store due ti colour as it was first my wife's bday & they delivered on the day as promised. The young man a as very polite & helpful. Once picked up in the shop at Burleigh all staff were very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend.
