Booked in a service at canon hill 99bikes for a $45 gear adjustment and specifically said contact if you have any issues because my budget is $45. The guy servicing it then put a $45 cassette without consulting me. And I was forced to pay $90. Terrible store and rubbish customer service save your time and money and go somewhere else

Nathan at Cannon Hill was very approachable and helpful with all my questions and queries. Had a great deal of knowledge and experience, can't recommend him enough.

Dave (workshop team lead) has given excellent service by fixing the power to my e-bike motor that was intermittently failing. It could be after 4km or after 80km but it would randomly fail. Weeks of effort and trialing various things, discussions with Bosch and others and after many suggestions and a combined effort we found the issue! Hats off to the perseverance and customer service!

My brakes on my old hardtail needed repairing. The mechanic recommended replacing the existing worn and ineffective mechanical disk brakes with new hydraulic disk brakes. I said I didn't want to spend a lot. The replacement brakes including labour was quite economical. I left the bike with them and they were fixed by the next morning.

Picked up a Norco Storm 4.1 for the 8yr old son. He loves it so much and we can barely get him off it. Trigger shifters have definitely helped him with gear changes. Great first mountain bike for rides with dad.
