I have still not received my order this is the second time this has happened I have emailed and had a response told me they would speak with courier and get back in touch no word back from them I emailed again still no reply

My last 2 orders been absolutely shocking. Stuff never arrived. Cant get hold of anyone . I wrote about 20 emails . No respond. Joke

No message about my delivery for a couple of days. Late reply to my request for information. She two weeks still no sign of my package and still no tracking number provided.

Excellent products & service

I haven't received my order yet. I order it on april 13th 2024. I have no answers from your services about the delivery number 45717 since a month now despite y first two request by mail. I'll file a complaint about this order.

I should have read reviews from here before I purchased opti green 50! Product didn't do anything for me the customer service no response. I gave a bad review for this product, it doesn't show on their website at all lol. Don't buy!

After a couple of shakey purchasing interactions in the past, this time the products arrived quickly…and…well actually arrived!!

Purchased Jocko molk (chocolate) from A-List nutrition, great price and landed with me on time.
The product itself is great, protein powder has no place tasting this good.

Perfect experience. the website was quick and easy to navigate got what I ordered in quick time and the product didn't dissapoint 5*

Why I decided to give this company another shot is beyond me. But again, another order, taking my money and not shipping the products. Never responding to emails yet still sends promotional emails out and posts sales on social media. It’s a shame, because companies like 1st Phorm have incredibly high customer service standards and A List Nutrition is just tarnishing their name. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company, and writing to 1st Phorm as well. Lesson learned this time.

Great range of products, nice and easy laid out site. My orders have always arrived in great time. I first ordered from A-List Nutrition in 2017, they stock amazing US products. I love the Primeval Labs and Core Nutritionals.

1st Phorm order not delivered, ZERO communication from the company after the order was placed and payment taken, even after requesting order updates no response received (company may no longer be operational it seems but online payments are still taken).

DO NOT order from this place, unless you want your payment taken and your order NOT delivered at all!

Great customer service & sell high quality products! Great to see Jocko Mölk on sale in the UK.

Order placed on 20th February and has never turned up. Email sent to the recommended email address last week and no reply. They owe me either £117.98 worth of products or the money back.
