I just love A-OK9
I just love A-OK9. I have tried various of the supplements and they are all good, but what really stands out is their costumers service.
They are always ready to help, and they do it "with a smile"
I had missed an upcoming subscription warning on an order, that I didn't need, but the team helped me to cancel the order, even though the payment had been placed.
I'm in Denmark, so it would have been very difficult if they hadn't helped me.

Revel our Beagle had a Itchy problem…
Revel our Beagle had a Itchy problem early in life as a puppy, so we had heard of A-OK9 products, and tried their Itch Relief Powder. It really helped, so we would recommend this Powder. If Revel could speak, I'm sure
he would agree.

AO K9 Flexi and Calm Profucts
AO K9 Flexi - Been adding this to my 11 year old Malamutes food once a,day for around 3 months. He has arthritis in lower spine and hip. I've seen much improved movement and when he has a mad hour at he dog park each week there is no lameness and less grumpy. Tried a number of other expensive supplements and chews and I think due to their strong smell wouldn't take them as chews or eat their food if crumbled in. I would definitely recommend this product. I also use the calm supplement in my Huskys food and have seen less stomach issues. So worth giving this a go too.

I’ve been buying supplements for my dogs from this company for long while, I love the natural ingredients and I really do think they help my dogs over all health, they also have a super team if you have anything to ask or any problems they are quick to respond and help.😊

Always amazing customer service. So helpful and don't have to wait days for a reply. Can't recommend enough. Nothing is too much trouble.

The products are amazing, and the customer service is even better!
The products are amazing - hands down. They are better than anything you can get within the US. And I'm not saying that just based on my dogs. My clients swear to it, and are really disappointed with this tariff thingy that our country decided to go to. But the reason for this review is really about the customer service. AOK9 WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU! I had an order for close to 300.00 that was help up because of the tariffs. To get the product, I would have had to pay 800 additional dollars - which I refused to pay. They sent my order back, and 30 days later AOK-9 still had not received the order to issue me a refund. I contacted them and they just issued me the refund without receiving the order as of that date. I cannot thank them enough for being on the side of their customers. The whole interaction with Melissa was absolutely amazing. She was kind, courteous, caring, and friendly. The experience was a perfect example of what customer service means!

Perfect Pate
WOW, our Lurcher loves this Pate! I ordered the "Goat" and a "Rabbit" just to try them, they went down a treat. I've diced the pate up into treat sized bites and popped them in the freezer, now I have portions of treats whenever I need them. Going to buy the "Ostrich" and "Buffalo" next. Thank you for making such a wonderful product.

Very disappointing
I did not realise the company were making me subscribe. I have found the product useless has had no impact on my reactive dog. I now have four packs of useless product and have been charged a fortune for it. I have unsubscribed just hope I don’t receive any more. Be careful if you are thinking of ordering this product

Been using this for many years now. I use it for my yorkie for keeping her yeast infection at bay but also my Weimaraner who has water added to his means to help keep him hydrated due to his kidney disease but adding water it sometimes makes his poo sloppy so he has Probio to help keep them firm.

Marked SA improvement in less than 2 months!
In less than two months, we have seen a marked improvement in our lurcher’s separation anxiety. When we have to go out now, she simply takes a slipper to her bed and falls asleep! Previously she would be whining and pacing, even howling. We have worked on her SA carefully for some time, with gradual improvement, but we gave really noticed a big difference since giving her Calm every day!

Bug Canine - game changer…
Bug Canine has been a game changer for my dog Archie. He used to be so sick everytime he had his flea tick and lice and worming treatment. He's maintaining a good weight now and is a happier dog generally. We have ordered a few supplements however this has been the absolute best choice for our dog's regular Meds replacement. Highly recommend.

Rescue K9 paste
I took my GSD away for the week and during that time she started to get loose stools. Putting this down to a different environment and a bit of stress, I started her on Rescue K9 paste. She took the paste really well and her stools improved rapidly. I will be ordering more Rescue K9 as I think it is a great product that’s easy to use and was readily accepted by my dog

Whilst staying at Devon Dogs/ Holly…
Whilst staying at Devon Dogs/ Holly Hock, we needed more treats so we bought several paté's and they were a life saver. Quincy loves this paté and bought schroom too.
Glean towel was excellent for the heet, to cool hom down. We got some plaque, rescue,.... and Quincy is thrilled with the yum yums. He loves the supplements in Greek yoghurt and pppppppaté, oh, he loves to catch, play scent, orientation, some agility,......
These products are all natural and altough Quincy has a sensitive tummy, his stool was perfect. These products from A O K9 are REALLY REALLY like a pit of gold!
We also bought some books, game on puppy, tricks, naughty but nice! Splendid offer aswell!

Itch K9 for the win
Excellent product quality and great customer service. My Coco had developed really bad hotspots that kept coming back despite medications and antibiotics. Started using Itch K9 in March. They were gone within a few weeks and have not come back.
