ordering and shipping was good
ordering and shipping was good. installed the part today. only complaint I have,it didn't have heat shields or mounting support bracket. Other then that fitment was good.

Package arrived with a faulty made mass air flow sensor plus the pins do not match the current mass air flow sensor and was delivered 2 days past date I was informed it would. I'd like a full refund and to be sent a shipping label to return the part. I have emailed this and recieved no response plus sent photo in the email

I had written a wrong address down for my windshield wiper delivery and it went undelivered because of shipping errors. I had the pleasure of speaking with Zezo and he reassured me and confidently informed me that everything would be made right. I definitely recommend their service, we need more like them!

These mats are very good quality
These mats are very good quality. My only complaint is that the driver's side mat had the holes in the wrong location. They had one in the middle near the seat, whereas my 1997 Patriot has two nobs. The floor mats all fit the frame perfectly.

Rear Hatch Struts
Was easy to replace wasn't exactly like OEM but fit perfect on my 2013 Cadillac Escalade ESV. Also priced reasonably so it was a win.
