If I’m being completely honest, when I started my full house renovation, I had no idea about structural engineering, building control, planning permissions, or all the regulations involved.

My best friend introduced me to Mr. Shahid, and I honestly can’t thank him and his team enough for all the support they have given me throughout the project.

I would also like to give special recognition to Miss Shima, who designed the plans and helped turn my ideas into a practical and well-thought-out design. Her expertise, patience, and attention to detail were incredibly valuable throughout the process.

Mr. Shahid took on the role of project manager and played a major part in bringing the project to life. There were many times when I felt completely clueless, overwhelmed, and even panicked because I didn’t understand the building control requirements or what needed to be done. Mr. Shahid was always there to guide me, resolve any problems, coordinate the work, and provide clear and practical solutions.

Throughout the project, he came every week without fail to inspect the work, provide feedback, and make sure everything was progressing properly. His knowledge, professionalism, reliability, and commitment gave me great peace of mind.

I am extremely grateful to Miss Shima, Mr. Shahid, and their entire team for their dedication and outstanding work. They worked exceptionally well together,Miss Shima handling the design and planning, and Mr. Shahid managing and overseeing the execution of the project.
