I bought a Vauxhall Vivaro from Elliot and the team at A37 van and the experience was top notch. Elliot did a video of the van beforehand to show me the issues with the van which had all been fixed before I purchased the van. It was then given a full MOT service and valet. After a few day of owning the vehicle an issue occurred with the starter motor to this end Elliot and the team had the van recovered, fixed and returned to me the same day getting me back on the road as soon as physically possible. If anyone is looking to purchase a van I would highly recommend A37 van and the team and will certainly look to be using them in the future. 5 star rating from me.

We recently bought a van with very straight forward help from James and his team. We noticed the heater not working.
James arranged for a thorough investigation which ended up as completely replacing the water pump and cam belt. All under warranty and no fuss whatsoever. Thoroughly recommend...

So happy with the service I received from A37 this week! I messaged them on Saturday evening, expecting not to hear anything before Monday but Elliot replied within about 10 minutes. He provided all the info I needed and sent a link to reserve the NV200 (especially important as I live 6 hours away in Scotland and couldn't get a day off until Wednesday 😅) He then made sure it was serviced and ready to drive away on the day.
We arrived a little earlier than expected but I was very quickly introduced to James who then showed me around my new van and handled all the paperwork, they even put a bit of fuel in (very much appreciated, as was the offer of a cup of tea 😁).
The van brought me the 321 miles home with not a single issue. It's exactly as advertised and absolutely perfect for me and my dogs.
These are very nice people and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again! Thank you 😊

I bought van back in April 22 with the help of these guys they found me something within my price range with 24 hours and phoned to let me know!

However I took my van back in august as I had all the lights come up on my dash which was strange even though mechanically my van was sound ! I phoned A37 and they were VERY helpful even though I was out of warranty they still offered to help me out even though they didn’t have to! after taking it over they got straight to what it was and within 48 hours it was done and at a really good price! These guys are honest and really helpful! Will definitely recommend you to people looking to get a van!

I recently purchased a van through A37 vans, from first contact the sales team were friendly, informative with zero pressure.

They asked what my budget was and the type of vehicle I was looking for and quickly sent me through the options available on site.

I booked a viewing for three vans, they gave me ample time to look around the vans and talked me through each one and the spec (test drove all three)

I have noticed a few negative reviews but my personal experience was 10/10 and will definitely be recommending them to friends in the trade and family.

Bought a new van from Elliot at A37. Process was fast easy and he couldn’t of been anymore helpful. Highly recommend if your looking for a new van.

Sold me an illegal van with drilled out CAT and EGR.
Needed both replacing, PLUS the engine, PLUS the turbo… forensic investigation has concluded it had been involved in an accident and subsequently bodged together to sell. I’m currently in excess of £10K out of pocket excluding all the time spent trying to resolve a myriad of problems.
And their response? No interest whatsoever. Empty promises initially then silence.

I had a few issues with my Mini, struggling to find someone to have a look a look before work this morning. Without the car I couldn't work! Good people still do exist in this world! The guys and Elliot offered to take a look as no where else was open or would entertain looking over the bank Holiday weekend but Not A37! Came to the rescue and got me going for work in the morning. Cannot thank you enough.

Bought a vivaro on a tight budget found a37 vans had the best value for money van at the time.I have been using using every day for parcel deliveries and have already done 5k miles in it over the course of 2 months with no issues i have recommended a37 vans to all the drivers in my depo thank you will be coming back soon to expand my fleet

This bloke is a typical con artist comes across as mr nice guy but all a front. He has a answer for everything even without looking at the problems. He knows how to talk crap. Don't be fooled by him. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. My partner bought a van from here it spent more time with him than with us. When we asked him if he wanted to buy it back. his answer was I'm not buying vans in the summer. The van was still under warranty so buy law he should of. Then a week or so later he has alot of new vans advertised. He's a liar. Take note of how close the vans are parked to each other so you can't look around them properly and see how crap they are. By the way if you get a van with seats in the back that he has put in check to see if all the bolts are there because ours had half of the main bolts that fixed the seats to the floor missing. Which is where my 3year old son had been travelling around on. Really not impressed about putting my son's life at risk!! I suppose you got a excuse for that to? Like new vans only need half the bolts. Or I didn't put them in when I know damn well you did so don't even go there. There's lots more I could say but what's the point. I just thought I'd let people know that this bloke is nor honestat all. I hope nobody else looses a couple of grand because of this place. Go somewhere trusted and proper please!
