I have paid for their services, but they want me to pay again, and there is no way to contact them!

It is too complicated to use this app and I have bought the premium version of this and I have changed my mind and don't want to use it and I have contacted the owner of this app 100 times and they never refund my money.

Please avoid using this because the customer service is very very bad

Paid for the pro version. Switched phones after old one broke and wasn't allowed to enable the pro version on the new phone. Developer/support said I need to pay again. What a scam. Clearly a money making opportunity talking about onus on the buyer to transfer using encryption key feature. When a simple email address list of users would suffice to let this transfer across. Avoid. To be honest it wasn't worth it anyway. I never used any of the gimmick apps that it offered. Basic android auto is easily enough. So I'd save your time and money.

According to the information on the website: "... if you want an internet browser, YouTube, Watch videos from your phone directly to the car’s screen then you can use Fermata Auto."

My experience after purchasing AAAD:
Forget it. With the AAAD-app video files are shown in Android Auto but only the audio part can be played in Android Auto in Android 14,
Hence, this app is useless in Android 14.
In the Google Playstore the developer of Fermata Auto pretends not to be the developer of AAAD but actually he's the same person.
He responds in the Google Playstore with: "The player is the standard AA media player and it does not support video. This is mentioned in the app description."
But in reality Fermata Auto plays video files perfectly on your Android phone. Hence, it supports video.
But Android Auto blocks video files in Android 14. So, installing AAAD in Android 14 is useless as it only plays the audio part of video files contrary to what's written on its website.
But the developer makes up an excuse on its website if AAAD is not working: "We have tested the AAAD app on Android 10, 11, & 13 devices and it works fine. In your case, if the app is not working then you need to downgrade the Android Auto version installed on your phone."

The former Android Auto version doesn't work in Android 14.
Of course, recent Android phones use Android 14. So, should I also downgrade Android on my phone??? :-)
Why should I downgrade Android Auto and Android??? Just to get AAAD working??? :-(
On its website AAAD promises to work with Android Auto. It doesn't mention that it only works with former versions of Android but not with the current versions in Android 14.
By the way, how to downgrade Android Auto and Android???
There's no way to downgrade Android Auto and Android. At least not in a normal way.
And if you manage to downgrade Android and Android Auto you will get problems with other apps that require Android 14.
So, be aware that you only purchase this app if you have a phone with former Android versions.
This app hasn't been updated since 2022; hence, it should be clear that this app doesn't work in Android 14.
The developer doesn't respond to my email but only leaves feedback in the Google Playstore. So, to me it's clear he knows that he sells software which doesn't work in Android 14.
