Best school for YTTC, 200hrs+Aerial.
Professional teachers with expertise, comfortable hygienic rooms and delicious food. Also, very good care taken by the management n the staff when I wasn't well.

Life is a balance, One has to learn both Holding and Letting it go..! Yoga just not taught me physical balance but also helped to find my Peace!!🧘🏻‍♀️

I am really very much Thankful to to Aadi Yoga School, Jai and entire teaching staff, administrative staff and kitchen staff and how can I forget my darling dearest friends..!!!

This place has not just taught yoga but personally to me, it was such an emotional bond connected with the place and people. The Love, Care, Attachment and Bond I have got from everyone is really commendable and hard to find. 😊🙏🏻🤗🌼♥️

Aadi is such an amazing place, I immediately felt at home. Yoga practice is taken really seriously here, so many great teachers and interesting lectures, if your looking for a place to deepen your practice and take a break from the outside world, it’s the perfect choice.

My experience at Aadi Yoga School was amazing.

I have completed 200hrs YTC and 50 hrs Aerial YTC at Aadi Yoga School , Rushikesh during 1/2/23 to 22/2/23 My first and last word is about Food, Stay , Teaching , Staff, owner and everything EXELENT ....No words to express my feelings , my exprience about Aadi Yoga School . I think this is proper Yoga teaching School to fulfil all our expectations about basic things of Yoga .
1. Stay is 100000% secure for single women
2. Food has high quility and specially Nitish the name of Boy who takes more care of us thankx Nitish.
3. Clinliness is good
4. Teaching of Hatha Yoga , Astang Yoga , Anotomy & Physiology have been funtastic , Innovative , Informative.Practicals are very intresting .
5. I was beginer so I enjoyed each and every asanas .
6. Discipline diring Yoga practical was amazing
7 .Yoga Philosophy lecture was my fevourite.Ms. Deepa Madam has deep study of this subject and She is very supportive .
8. Mr. Prashant sir takes Ashtang Yoga very knowlegable and strict teacher hence i learn yoga perfect .
9. Mr. Pradeep sir has specialist in Hatha yoga and Anotomy .
10. Mr. Nishant Payal the owner is the kind person to take our care by providing nice facility.

I recently completed my 50 hrs aerial yoga TTC from Aadi. It was my first experience to be part of a yoga schools and enjoyed myself. Instructors are knowledge. They give you ample space to practice and deepen your knowledge about the subject. Stay was very comfortable with amazing, homely food

My Aerial Yoga experience with Aadi yoga was good. Prashant sir was very clear in his instructions and well versed. Revision classes with Vishal were really happy moments due to his friendly nature. Organisers were very supportive. Though I found the time given for practice was less and we could do much more in these 6 days .
The best thing about the school is food made by Nitish and served with so much love which filled us with positivity which I’m missing always..
All the teachers and helpers were supportive
Overall I’d recommend Aadiyoga school as a great learning place with positive and peaceful vibes .

I joined Aadi Yoga School for my health issues I enjoyed during training time, all the trainer's are good, helpfull, exlained the class nicely and they make all the class interesting. It's help me. Thank you all the trainer's. I did 100 hrs trining. Food is very testy.
Sharing room is little small and Keep good odours in the bathroom because bad smell is coming.
Rest of the things are good.

I did aerial yoga at aadi yoga school and i had a great experience. Teachers are amazing & professionalism is maintained 😇

It was a wonderful experience. As a performer and yoga teacher, Aadi yoga allowed me to enhance my skills and learning. All the teachers, atmosphere and special mention food were awesome. Would love to visit and explore more with Aadi yoga in future.

I did the aerial yoga teaching training. It wasn't training to teach at all, zero teaching methodology the program wasn't an aerial yoga program at all but it was part of the 200 and 300 hs training so I had to join anatomy classes of a program that had already started 2 weeks earlier and didn't have anything related to aerial yoga, dropping students were allowed so we had to share the hammocks, therefore the real class was reduced by a half of the time. We didn't even have an exam, it seems that the school was only interested in making money, I learned more in a normal aerial yoga course that cost 1/4 of the price of this 'training ' in another school. Also in the description, it said that study material was included but they didn't have any book or notes about aerial yoga.
On the other hand, the room and the food were excellent

It was a great experience learning yoga at Aadi yoga school,
- Great faculties who teach us from heart and make us understand everything in a proper manner.
- The beautiful location and environment of the class and comfortable accommodation with all the needed facility with a view of Laxman Jhula.
- Best and healthiest food exactly like home so yummy and delicious.
- And all above the helping, sweet and polite nature of every member of Aadi yoga helping us not only in yoga course but in all the other things related to any activity, or visit or anything.

The experience with Aadi Yoga was amazing. I felt a very strong unity of all the teachers and very positive energy’s within this place. Everyone was very open minded and so lovely and professional to the same time. I felt looked after and motivated to practice and improve. The two assistants in the classes were very helpful to support the practice and correct us.
Nitish’s food was the BEST FOOD I had in my life, diverse, creative, fresh, healthy just incredible.
The school helped us out on any requests.
The rooms are tidy and convenient.
All in all so with it!

Yoga teacher staff excellent and devoted.
Campus and acomodetion room are safe, light and air is too much.
Food is excellent
All staff is co opretive nature.
Cover all syllubus with proper guidence.
