While we are pleased to offer complimentary returns, our policy is that the original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. We understand this can feel frustrating.

I can see that both Tilly and Maria from our Trade team have been in communication with you and offered alternative solutions to support you, and at no point in the correspondence can I see the delivery fee being raised as a concern. We are always very open to discussing any questions around charges and would have been happy to clarify this at the time.
