realistically a 4.9
Brilliant product and easy to use website resulting in you getting exactly what you want out of your purchase.
I purchased an engagement ring through abelini. I had looked up the types of diamond etc. and the website allows you to select every part of the diamond you select down to colour, internal flaws, shape, size and cut. I purchased a 9K gold ring with a 1ct diamond VVS1 and colour D with an excellent cut. I also selected IGI Certification for my own peace of mind. The ring arrived. my partner loves it. She said yes (she didn't just keep the ring and tell me to sod off.) All in all brilliant product an excellent process in picking the product with the website allowing for full control of what you are receiving.
The only reason I can't give a 5 star. and it is a small one. Is that there is a bit of a lack of communication about the process after purchase. There is tracking on the order but the tracking does not update as to what part of the process you are on. The site had told me that it would be within 10 working days that I would receive my product and around the 9th the tracking was still showing as order received. To abelini's credit I emailed them as I was getting nervous and their customer services did get back to me and let me know what part of the process I was in but i was quite nervous as I had spent a large amount of money and did not know what was happening with my order. So all in all brilliant product, Excellent quality good customer service just let down a little bit by the communication. I would recommend them to others and God forbid I had to buy another engagement ring I would use them again.
