I,like many other reviewers, placed an order in good faith and was told it would be shipped 21st of the month, this came and went, I mailed again and was told 21st of the next month, ad infinitum. Just like another reviewer.When I was paying , I received mails promptly, once they had the money, all that stopped. I have contacted my bank and there is nothing they can do.

Son estafadores profesionales, les haces el pedido, solo lo puedes pagar via transferencia bancaria, una vez pagado, lo retrasan constantemente y nunca llega, cada vez que los contactas via email, te dan largas para dos meses mas, he cursado denuncia por estafa de un pedido realizado en febrero de 2026, a dia de hoy ya no hay respuesta a mis correos y en la web me han borrado el historial de mi pedido, no hay nada, pero tengo todas las pruebas guardadas y en manos de la oficina de delitos informaticos de la guardia civil.

FRAUDE!!! Van retrasando la entrega durante meses y no devuelven el dinero.

A mi me pasó lo mismo, compre televisor en 16 de enero, y fueron aplazando las entregas, hasta que a los 3 meses pido el reembolso y no recibo nada, he puesto la denuncia a la policia y organizacion conaumidor.
Es una estafa

Do not buy from this site. Same as other reviewers, they take payment and never ship the product. What a scam !
They need to be investigated for fraud.

Had the same issue as everyone else who has placed a review.
Order an item £615 paid in January, contact in February and told it would be shipped 28th, contacted and was told it would be 14th March, then contacted them and was told 11th April. I have contacted every day since the 11th and am get no response. I contacted them on my work email asking a general question and got a response straight away. Yet that still are not replying to my emails regarding the item I have paid for.

They said back in March that I could not cancel the order and get a refund, I had to wait and refuse delivery in order to claim my refund. Which means I am still without the item and unable to claim my money back.

If anyone has had a successful resolution for ABISTORE please let me know how.

At the moment I am still not able to get a response to my emails from them.

I have sent numerous emails demanding cancellation and a full refund.
Their replies are always delayed, and they refuse everything.

THIS IS ILLEGAL.
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, I have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days – no reason needed.

I WANT MY REFUND NOW.

On top of that, this order has been DELETED from my profile on their website – they are actively covering their tracks.

Sconsigliato! Ritardi di 3 mesi e rifiuto illegale di rimborso (Ordine MWMNTYBEY).

Ho ordinato un NAS a febbraio 2026. Da allora, la data di consegna è stata posticipata quattro volte: fine febbraio, 14 marzo, 18 aprile e ora 18 maggio.

La cosa più grave è che il prodotto risulta "Disponibile" sul loro sito (a un prezzo maggiorato), ma non spediscono il mio ordine già pagato. Inoltre, l'azienda sostiene che il rimborso sia possibile solo DOPO la consegna: un’affermazione totalmente illegale secondo il Codice del Consumo.

Ho già inviato una diffida formale. Se l'ordine non verrà spedito o rimborsato immediatamente, procederò con una denuncia all'AGCM e alla Polizia Postale per pratiche commerciali scorrette.

I ordered a NAS in February 2026. Since then, the delivery date has been moved four times: first to late February, then March 14th, then April 18th, and now May 18th.

The most shocking part is that the item is listed as "Available" on their website right now (at a higher price), yet they refuse to ship my paid order. Even worse, when I requested a refund, the company claimed it is only possible AFTER the item is delivered. This is a direct violation of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo) and EU law.

I have already sent a formal notice (Messa in mora). If the order is not shipped or refunded immediately, I am filing a formal complaint with the AGCM (Italian Competition Authority) and the Polizia Postale for unfair commercial practices and potential fraud. Stay away from this shop!
