We ordered two Veda - Buddhist Mood Asian Teahouse Chandeliers and one light was already broken. It nearly one month we have not received any response from this supplier.

I placed an order in May and I did not receive any goods after chasing for 4 months. Finally in September I received full refund. The admin and frustration leaves me writing this review. I would not place any orders in the future with this off shore company and I would not recommend.

No product, no tracking number. I wouldn't recommend this company, its not UK based and I feel misled. Asked for full refund

Item hasn’t arrived. They don’t reply to emails. Live chat ignored. No phone number available. I don’t believe the positive reviews on here are genuine.

Items arrived packaged well and as described. But this site is a rip off .. you can find the same lights in other websites like lightinthebox for half the price. Shop around

This company is a scam, I bought 6 taps in May for the price of £800, I received 3 of them, one of them the same as on AliExpress, very poor quality, the other 3, which cost £695, have not arrived to this day and no one answers my emails, please do not buy anything from this page if you do not want to be deceived like me!

When the product arrived FROM CHINA and the product was unacceptable, we emailed to start the return process for our 100% guaranteed product and we were told WE would have to pay shipping back to the UK.

I have already reviewed the order which has at last made it to us after 6 weeks too late for the work that we were having done. I would like to withdraw my suggestion that this is a scam. Whilst Abode Jungle's service is dilatory, impenetrable, glacially slow and misleading; while it is impossible to speak to or contact a customer service operator unless you use the chat for tech issues; whilst the company has no means of being contacted and simply takes ages to reply to any request; while it took a punchy review on TrustPilot to elicit response of any kind - whilst all that is true, we did get the lights ordered eventually and so Abode Jungle is not a scam at all, just providers of terrible customer service. In short, they are too slow, too uncontactable, and completely opaque as a service provider.

Ordered a bedside light lucky for me it was not expensive as it's still not turned up 2 months down the line.. reading the reviews of quick delivery and amazing products I'm guessing the 5 star ones are fake! Cant believe I didn't check reviews as this is the worst delivery timing ever.. I've renovated my whole house in the time it's taken.. still waiting!!!

My wife ordered lights from this company
On 18th July. Today is 5th of September. We have had no response to the e mails we have sent and we are growing increasingly anxious that the company are not genuine.

Avoid this company. I ordered a fan that arrived broken. They finally gave me an address to return it to at my cost and then ghosted me. So - I lost £171 and a broken fan. This is very bad. Please do not make the same mistake as me.

This is a Scam surely? Don't believe the bot driven 5 star reviews. We ordered downlighters from this outfit and the order is over a month late having paid for express delivery and protection! The goods were stopped at Customs and we had to pay ££ to release them and they as yet have not arrived. Either this is a criminal conspiracy or they are utterly shambolic and incompetent. No contact details, no reply to messages. Utterly awful experience.

Part 1: The fans that I ordered have plastic blades and not walnut as advertised. To specify, walnut is a hard wood. I’ve been trying to contact to arrange to return the items (they were expensive) but have never had the pleasure of a reply. I have written three separate times to attempt to resolve this.
Part 2: After I wrote this review and before it was published, I received a reply from abode jungle, “yes, this is just the colour of the fan. Unfortunately. I don’t think we can change this, as all our fans are like it.”- to be fair I have now had a reply but what I want is a pathway to return my items for a refund. If I can do that, I will be satisfied with my shopping experience. A physical storefront would operate this way.

Wow, this has to be the worst buying experience I have ever had. I bought what should have been a filtered water kitchen tap for £238 and received a standard cheap plastic tap with no filtered water connection instead. In trying to return the product I receive no response from the “sales team” if they even exist. I am now going through my credit card company to retrieve the costs under section 75 of consumer rights act. Please I hope everyone who is looking to buy something from this company reads these reviews carefully, I believe all the 5 star reviews to be potentially fake.

They sell inferior quality products at high prices. I purchased a kitchen faucet that was not good quality and the handle broke within 2 months. Customer service would not respond to any communication. Avoid this scam?

Despite the poor communication with Abode, the outdoor lights I purchased are good quality for the price, delivery takes a while direct from China

Ordered over 4 weeks ago and still not even received delivery / shipping information. Had one email back 3 weeks ago but nothing since. Judging by other recent reviews - sadly feel like I’ve been scammed. Please don’t make the same mistake! I’m going to be out £350 if this is the case…

Ordered 2 wall lights for bedside, one works, the other one doesn’t… they were £159 and look so cheap and plasticky… totally avoid!!!
I saw the comments saying they come from china. That’s correct! The package I received was from china too… cheap stuff at horrendous prices…
