I returned an item and never received the money back. I talked to them over 15 times. The answer was it is a matter of logistics and I cannot help you. It has been 5 months since.

ΕΧΩ ΠΑΡΑΓΓΕΙΛΕΙ ΑΡΚΕΤΕΣ ΦΟΡΕΣ ΑΠΟ ΤΟ ABOUT YOU ΚΑΙ ΠΑΝΤΑ ΗΜΟΥΝ ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΗΜΕΝΗ ΓΙΑ ΤΟ ΣΥΝΟΛΟ ΤΗΣ ΠΑΡΑΓΓΕΛΙΑΣ

Η εμπειρία μου με την εταιρεία About You ήταν απογοητευτική και απαράδεκτη από κάθε άποψη. Αγόρασα μία τσάντα Kipling, η οποία παραδόθηκε ελλιπής, καθώς έλειπε το χαρακτηριστικό μπρελόκ που τη συνοδεύει. Αντί η εταιρεία να αναλάβει άμεσα την ευθύνη και να δώσει μια απλή και λογική λύση, επέλεξε να μεταθέσει όλη την ταλαιπωρία στον πελάτη.

Με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα πρέπει να επιστρέψω ολόκληρο το προϊόν πίσω στη Γερμανία, όπου βρίσκονται οι αποθήκες τους, ώστε να μου επιστραφούν τα χρήματα. Όταν ζήτησα το αυτονόητο — να μου αποστείλουν απλώς το μπρελόκ που έλειπε — μου απάντησαν ότι αυτό “δεν γίνεται”. Δηλαδή, θεωρούν προτιμότερο να διακινείται άσκοπα ένα ολόκληρο προϊόν στο εξωτερικό, με επιπλέον κόστος, χρόνο, περιβαλλοντική επιβάρυνση και τεράστια ταλαιπωρία για τον πελάτη, αντί να επιλύσουν ένα τόσο απλό ζήτημα με στοιχειώδη επαγγελματισμό.

Η έλλειψη ευελιξίας, η αδιαφορία για την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και η παντελής απουσία πρακτικής σκέψης είναι εξοργιστικές. Επιπλέον, η διαδικασία επιστροφής μέσω ACS στην Ελλάδα είναι γνωστό ότι συνεπάγεται καθυστερήσεις και αναστάτωση, κάτι που η εταιρεία φαίνεται να αγνοεί πλήρως.

Αναγκάστηκα τελικά να κρατήσω το προϊόν και να αγοράσω μόνη μου νέο μπρελόκ από την ίδια την Kipling, πληρώνοντας ξανά για κάτι που εξαρχής έπρεπε να είχε παραδοθεί σωστά.

Η συγκεκριμένη αντιμετώπιση δείχνει έλλειψη σεβασμού προς τον καταναλωτή και σοβαρό έλλειμμα επαγγελματισμού. Προφανώς επιφυλάσσομαι για κάθε νόμιμο δικαίωμά μου και δηλώνω ξεκάθαρα ότι δεν πρόκειται να ξαναγοράσω ποτέ από την About You.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were on sale, and everything seemed fine at first. However, just two days later, I received an email informing me that they were actually sold out. What makes this even more frustrating is that on the same day I placed my order, I had found the exact same pair for a great price on another website. I deliberately chose to purchase from you instead, trusting that my order would be fulfilled without any issues.

Now, not only has my order been canceled, but the shoes are also no longer available on either website. I’ve completely missed the opportunity to buy them elsewhere because I relied on your store. This situation feels very disappointing and avoidable, and it reflects poorly on your customer service and inventory management.

My experience with About You has been unacceptable. They completely failed to arrange a basic return, hiding behind their third-party courier, ACS Courier, who were impossible to reach. Despite repeated efforts on my side, no collection was scheduled. Instead of taking ownership, About You shifted the responsibility onto me—effectively asking the customer to fix their own broken process. This reflects a serious lack of accountability, poor customer service, and inadequate control over their logistics partners. If a company cannot manage something as fundamental as returns, it raises serious concerns about their overall operations. I will not be using their services again.
