I have booked to park my Toyota chr (4.2 metres long) this December and have a luggage carrier attached at the back on a tow bar, I called ABS to check this is ok and they said I needed to pay for 2 parking bays at additional £90. Very unhappy with this as the total length of the vehicle including luggage carrier does not exceed 5.6m! This was not made clear at the time of booking online, What happens if you own an estate?

I rung to cancel and they advised 40 days for a refund!!

Excellent Service. Easy to book. Permit easy to print beforehand. Arrived at secure gate and when in the area, many staff to guide you to ordered parking. Left car for two weeks whilst cruising. No problems with car upon return and easy out with staff again at every turn. Right next door to cruise terminal. No fuss. It works. Will use them again happily.

Faultless service nothing more I can say :-)
