Your feedback made our day!
Misleading and troubling
I'm in the middle of a registration with this company. I'm scared I made a big mistake. They took my money and a copy of my drivers license. I understood that for $300 I would get an Alberta registration, CRA number, NUANS check, and GST number in 3 days. It's now 4 days and it's still not done. They argued that the 3 days is only for the Alberta registration, and that the rest takes longer. On day 3, they claimed their GST form wasn't working and sent me a link to a "sister company" MDLegal to enter personal data in an online form. The English on that website was so poor I didn't trust it as legit. Excuse after excuse. Delay after delay. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I'm thinking my next stop is going to be a complaint to the BBB.

Dear Michael,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We deeply regret that your experience has not met your expectations. We strive to offer a transparent and efficient service, and it's clear that in this case, there has been a misunderstanding regarding the timeline for the various steps involved in the registration process.
We apologize for any confusion regarding the delivery times. To clarify, while the Alberta registration is typically processed within the 3-day timeframe, additional services such as the CRA number, NUANS check, and GST number may take longer due to government processing times, which are outside of our control. Our team should have communicated this more clearly upfront, and we apologize for any frustration this has caused.
Regarding the link to MDLegal, we apologize if the language on their website caused any discomfort. MDLegal is a trusted partner, but we take your feedback seriously and will review the presentation and functionality of the online form to ensure it meets your expectations of professionalism and clarity.
We understand your concerns and deeply regret that this experience has not met your expectations. Please rest assured that we are committed to addressing any outstanding issues and will follow up to ensure the remaining steps of your registration are completed as quickly as possible.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we truly appreciate your patience.
Sincerely,
BRC Alberta
