Amazing Team!!!

We use Absolutely services everyday (same day, overnight and international). I can honestly say Absolutely is the most reliable courier service I've used. Fantastic communication/tracking from the team- they really do go that extra mile to ensure last minuet deadlines we book are reached.

A huge thank you to Shelly, Rosy, Carly, Sara, Emily, Simone, Francis, Frank and Paul for the fantastic customer service we receive everyday, whether that be over the phone or via email & to all the amazing couriers! :)

Very efficient and excellent service. We had not used Absolutely since the Lockdown and was not sure if our account would still be open, it was thank goodness. No problem in arranging a courier for pickup. Would highly recommend this company. They have several options of courier transport.

Absolutely couriers provides amazing and consistent service. I use them to ship documents within London - their tariffs are varied and give a good range of options so there is always a suitable price for the service I need.
If they encounter any issues with a delivery (such as the recipient being unavailable) they are quick to get in touch and patient while we work out the best option for us.

By far one of the best couriers around town. You're in good hands with Shelley and her team: Jackie, Sara, Francis, Carli, etc (I've definitely missed off names here!). The controllers are experienced and know how to get goods moving around London with speed and without fuss. We've been with Absolutely for many years and Becky, our account manager, takes excellent care of us. Highly recommended.

Poor experience - 25 minutes late to pick up, could not get through on phone or online, no apology when came to pick up. I had selected pushbike courier for eco reasons, but petrol motorbike turned up. I will not be using this service again.

Fantastic service! When the recipient didn't answer the door immediately Absolutely got in touch and kindly waited 10 minutes for the recipient to arrive - I felt this was a personable touch and not something you always get from a courier service! Thanks!

The guys at Absolutely were great. I needed a courier at very late notice and Carly (I think!) couldn't have been more helpful. There was also a problem when the courier turned up to collect the package (no one answering) which they dealt with brilliantly and Ben kept me informed throughout the process. If I could write a novel about how amazing Absolutely are, then I don't think I could as there are no words to describe how fantastic and wonderful they truly are. I have been using their services for over five years now and from day one, they have never disappointed. They provide an absolutely impeccable customer experience and their staff are all friendly, professional, prompt and super helpful. I highly recommend them and I think they are just amazing.

Delivered my Covid-19 tests ordered from "Halo Verify" in a matter of hours despite a prior order error. Beyond impressed by the swift and efficient bike service. Staff are so polite and kept to the delivery deadline agreed. Would highly recommend for speed of service.
