I live in London but am based in Hong Kong for a month or 2. We received a wedding invite & I didnt have anything appropriate to wear. After visiting Diwali Pop Ups in Hong Kong & not finding designs suitable to my taste & also HK is extortionately expensive for even bad quality Indian outfits, I ordered online from Absolutely Desi as I had ordered from them previously. This time they delivered 2 sarees, and another outfit to me in Hong Kong within 10 days. The items were even better than the pictures, great fabric and the reasonable cost was a bonus. Customer Service is first class.

Nice quality. Delivery arrived on time.
Seller approached me to double confirm my purchase. I had some queries on sizing and they were always quick with responses.

I had ordered Diwali gift to give to my friends,it was reasonably priced good quality and delivered on time.
Thank you Absolute desi.....will highly recommend them.

Great service and lovely products

I ordered an outfit and got a WhatsApp message pretty quickly to confirm my size. Responses were very quick and I got my order within a week.

The suit I ordered was a perfect fit and exactly as described on the website. So pleased with it!

Absolutely Desi were our go-to for Mendhi / Guest gifts during our Wedding. They were friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. Absolutely Desi offered complete flexibility to ensure we were able to order what we required with everything manageable. They have such an extensive range, with endless choices available. They kept us updated throughout the order process, ensuring we were completely satisfied. Our guests loved the gifts, with many using them during our events. Thank You for all your help and making it light work. Would 100% recommend.

I bought 3 dresses from Absolute Desi (buy 2 get 1 free) and was so pleased with my experience with them I felt I had to write a review but I can see everything I was going to say has already been said over and over again, so I will keep it short. 5 star customer service, delivery and products. Sizes can vary from one supplier to another so check carefully, I would size up. Thank you Absolute Desi.

Communication was amazing, they didn't have the top in my size but took the time to search for similar items and sent several emails with suggestions, couldn't have been more helpful.
Top arrived and is stunning. Beautifully made, great quality and well packaged, with little extra gifts included. Honestly delightful! 💯 recommended!

Extremely great customer service. My orders arrived on time, looked exactly as the images on the website, fantastic quality, sizes were perfect and even though different brands had different size guides the company get in touch to confirm and send size charts for each item, also inform you when items have been dispatched. Highly recommend and I will be buying again!

Brilliant products and great customer service! I ordered a kurta for my husband and we had left it too late, I messaged absolutely desi about the delivery and it worked out for me. Once ordered I WhatsApp messaged them to check and they kindly checked my order and chased the supplier to ensure I get it on time!
Kurta arrives yesterday, nicely packaged, and high quality product. So pleased and will order again.

Dresses were beautiful. One of them had a minor default however the customer service was absolutely brilliant in resolving the issues. I didn’t end up returning the dress however overall I would purchase over and over again!

Good range of products, great service and communication! Would recommended and buy again.

Ordered a few for different occasions and got great compliments about the fit and designs. Very classy, yet pocket friendly.

I would like to commend your website for its user-friendly interface and extensive product descriptions. It made the browsing and selection process quite enjoyable. The description accurately portrayed its features, and I was pleased to see that there were no discrepancies. I must say that the dress looked absolutely stunning when I wore it. The colour and pattern were exactly as depicted on the website, and I received several compliments. The style was elegant and feminine, which matched my expectations perfectly. I found your customer service to be prompt and helpful when I had questions about the dress prior to purchase. Overall, I would rate my experience with your company as outstanding and positive.

Great shopping experience with a wonderful collection to choose from. The ordering and delivery process gets full marks from the team at Absolutely Desi. I am definitely ordering again.

My daughter and I have both brought some lovely pieces. However I did receive on one of my purchases a very faulty trouser piece (stitched), I got in contact with vendor Yogita, who responded immediately and sorted out a replacement. This is what was important for me and the customer service was spot on. Thank you, Yogita I will definitely be buying more lovely suits when the occasion arises!

I am very much satisfied with the dresses and excellent customer service
Looking forward to buy more in future
