I recently completed the "Prepare to Manage" and "Train the Trainer" courses at Abuka, and I am incredibly impressed. The training was insightful, thorough, and highly practical. The trainers ( Ben and Donna) were exceptionally knowledgeable and engaging, providing real-world examples and actionable strategies that have significantly enhanced my skills. A special thank you to Caitilin, the centre administrator, for her outstanding support, which made the entire training experience seamless and enjoyable. Thank you for an outstanding learning experience!

Our team had suction training with Ashlyn for aprox 2 hours. Ashlyn was very knowledgeable and made the session interesting and engaging.
Ashlyn went above and beyond with a couple of extra requests post training and was really helpful. I highly recommend Abuka. We have done several courses both online and in the classroom, all trainers and course content has been excellent.

Had 3 days training with Kathryn who was absolutely amazing. She made it funny and interactive and took time to listen to us all. Nothing was too much trouble and she is so knowledgeable. It was a lovely relaxed and clean setting and all the other staff we met were friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend and definitely return

I recently had moving and handling training led by Donna. It was excellent training, had a good show of different equipment. Great refresher of skills I use everyday and learnt new skills to put into practice.

Had moving and handling training today Donna was fantastic she was very knowledgeable and informative. I learnt some new skills that I will be putting into practice straightaway

Abuka have been doing all our mandatory training for over a year.

The provider we have had on most occasions is Donna. Excellent trainer. Enthusiastic, engaging, fun, knowledgeable and a lively individual.

The day was a lot more fun and informative than expected.
Donna was knowledgeable and made the training interesting and relatable to our role.
She was approachable and answered all our questions.

The delivery and interaction was excellent, my Team fully enjoyed it.

We had face to face training with Ben can I just say what a knowledgeable lad he is, also he made us feel at ease.
Although our training was only our yearly assessment ideal that I learned so much new information as Ben was so informative and engaged with us all the way on every subject we covered.

It's very educative and will help eradicate medication errors and abuse

The face to face learning was easy to understand and the video clips helped to improve the idea and method use to safeguard a residents with peg feeding.

Informative, easy to follow, engaging and practical training. Ben explained and demonstrated everything clearly. Highly recommended.

Had Ben today for my update in Medication Management and he is amazing. True asset to the Abuka team and I had a great day! Despite it being an update on pre-existing knowledge and skills, I still learned so much from him and the group discussions with other HSC providers. Thanks so much Ben

A very natural person guided us through a fire Marshall course .He was very informative and personable. His name was Ben and he covered all the relevant information about the background and defence of coping with a fire emergency.
He was well versed with his subject and able to break from his subject and listen to our experience with fire or emergency situations. All in all he made it interesting and our 3 hours pasts quickly. A GREAT EXPERIENCE. thank you Ben !

Interactive training session with shared life experiences

Attended a safeguarding training course lead by Ben, I found the course to be very interesting and informative. Ben had a great way of explaining and delivering the course in a way that made it very interesting.

Trainer was knowledgeable about the course about Red Alert .

Lovely environment, trainer was very nice and friendly

Had Epilepsy/seizure training from Ben. Really interesting training and has helped me understand and learn new information around both subjects.

Donna the trainer was amazing , the course was very interesting and learnt a lot and will be taking the things that I learnt back to the place of work.
