Good overall but I thought the directions to access the car park were vague at best.

Really easy to deal with, and somebody always come back to you straight away when you contact them, service is really good.

Kath is an excellent teacher and would recommend this course to anyone. I left feeling confident in my ability to help someone effectively if ever it was needed
