AC ADAPTORS R US LTD Avaliações

Very helpful. The adaptor I ordered arrived as described, but turned out to have a connector which was too large
for my CD player. I telephoned the help line and the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. We discussed some
of the specifications of my CD player and he sent me a couple of additional connectors, one of which was the required
size and allowed me to connect the adaptor to my CD player. Together they work as expected.
I was very happy with the product and help I received. I will buy from this supplier again if I need another adaptor in future.

The product description is very detailed, making it easy to find the right item. Communication is excellent; you always know exactly how your order is being processed. Delivery comes with precise tracking and very good packaging. I can highly recommend this seller.

Fast, well informed delivery. Excellent quality product.

Quick delivery and got exactly what was advertised. I had purchased from Amazon and got a Chinese knock-off that wasn't right. The charger I ordered from you guys was an original. Thanks a mil.

With so many adaptors on the market, ensuring that the correct one is selected can be tricky with all the nuances particular to every adaptor. However this was easily resolved by AC adaptors, who requested a photo of the adaptor that I was replacing. Received the correct replacement very soon after placing my order. AC adaptors followed up to check that everything was OK. Adaptor arrived pronto and extremely well packaged.

Terrible experience and I hope that no one else has the experience of buying a product and not receiving it because they sent it to the wrong address. I only queried it when I got a notification advising that order was delivered and I had paid £16.99 I contacted the seller and they were very unhelpful and they said that I could order a replacement but as far as they are concerned they have delivered the order.
They have accused me of being a scammer and to go and scam someone else.
I ordered through eBay so be careful with what you purchase online because I am without my item and £16.99 out of pocket
