Will Daniels was amazing. He was always early to pick us up and he was very familiar with the tournament that we were playing in. Our coaches commented on how impressed they were with his driving, especially in the busy midtown area.

Excellent Service, the driver was great. He arrived earlier than requested - he was professional and courteous.

Academy could not have been better. The driver on time, helpful, interested, respectful and very professional. Accommodations, were in pristine condition. The staff were timely in their response time and truly cared about making the right recommendations for my groups trip to Arlington for the internment of my husband just right. I highly suggest using Academy Transportation for all your groups needs.

The driver was on time, courteous to the students and attentive to staff concerns. The driver communicated with the staff clearly and in turn teachers were able to do the same. For example, when teachers needed to do a count or if a student was not feeling well. The driver informed the staff of garbage bags and wipes available. The driver also informed us of the route being taken prior to departure and possible arrival time. Overall trip to and from went well without any difficulties. Thank you.

The drivers were very courteous and professional. The busses were on time. The only hick-up was a school district requirement but I am hoping this is resolved. I would certainly choose Academy again.

My driver was very good and had a wonderful smile, he was on time . Oh by the way his name was RUDY. His driving was excellent and he allow us to be ourselves. We all loved his spirit .

The bus driver, Henry from Accord Bus, was very accommodating. Basically we were all late for the initial departure and he didn't mind waiting. He let us have a ton of fun and assisted with the cleanup. I will for sure be using him, specifically, again.

4 star review is based on the age of the bus - needed to be updated/retrofitted with newer interior.

We had chartered three buses from midtown Manhattan to Yankee Stadium and return after a football game on 11/9. By contract, two buses were to depart the Stadium at 6:45 p.m. and one at 7:45 (to accommodate those attending a post-game party). As it turns out, all three buses departed at 6:45, stranding the 17 people at the post-game event. The driver of the third bus insisted that all three buses were contracted to depart at 6:45. I was able to protest to the dispatcher who found a 4th bus who arrived at 8:05 to take the remaining 9 pax back to NYC. The other 8 left by Ubers earlier. It seems like the issue was in how the timing was communicated to the dispatcher by the sales area or how the information was communicated by the dispatcher to the drivers. Either way it took 45 minutes of my time to negotiate with the dispatcher and inconvenienced my guests. On the positive note, the buses were quite nice. Richard Fiss
