The dress itself is pretty nice.I wasn't sure how it would fit and thought about it for a couple of days, and then eventually decided to get it. My thinking was I can always return it if it doesn't fit and get a full refund, right? Unfortunately no that's not how it works with Acalies.
No just clicking on 'Return' button, you need to email customer support. When I got their reply, I was astonished to see they only offered me $9 back as compensation, saying I could keep the dress. I wasn't fine with that and asked for the $45.99 that I paid or it. Then they offered me $14. I asked for a full refund again and here's the message I got:

'I'm sorry that our clothes didn't meet your expectation, but 23 dollars is our maximum.
Our return warehouse is in Dubai. The shipping fee is very expensive.
If you insist on returning, you will pay the freight by yourself.'

So beware before you buy anything from them, you may not get all your money back if you decide to return what you bought.

Great service, dresses are thin, not overly heavy to wear. I think for the price, they are great.

It was my first time ordering from this site and I was pretty skeptical, but I am really happy with all of the dresses I ordered. They all fit well and the quality and fabric is actually better than I was expecting for the price. I will definitely be ordering from here again

Bought three dresses - all perfect fit, followed the chart of measurements. Lovely summer dresses that will be used frequently!

This item was very poor quality. Cheap polyester material and poorly made.

Unfortunately I ordered over a month ago, the money was deducted immediately in USD which I wasn’t expecting. After hearing nothing, I was told 2-3wks later that half of the items were not available for another couple weeks. I was offered a partial refund. When I told them I wanted to cancel my order completely requesting a full refund instead, the company informed me they were unable to do this and that miraculously my purchase had been shipped. I received no tracking information until I asked where my order was once more. I still have not received my purchase over a month later. I am very disappointed and have zero trust in this business. I do not recommend purchasing through Acalies. I believe I may have been scammed.

My dress arrived on the day I needed it. Although I was tracking it. It did keep saying it was at the delivery depot.
Dress is absolutely beautiful, material gorgeous and the colours in the dress vibrant. I don’t usually wear dresses but because it was a special birthday I ordered i will definitely order from you again, it’s completely blown me away felt very glamorous!

I have just received my parcel of two dresses and a top from Acalies. I paid €138 for this package along with a customs charge of €8. Not expensive if the quality and fit of the items lived up to the images and customer reviews. Unfortunately it didn’t, the quality of the items were exceptionally poor, the fit is awful and the returns policy not exactly easy. My friend also bought two dresses, both poor quality and one gold dress is more like lining. I would not recommend this website
