After mulling over the idea of Equity Release for a couple of years, we finally decided to speak to an Adviser. Honestly, we now wonder why we were so worried! From November 2024 through to February 2025, Justin Was an absolute delight. He talked us through our endless questions & fears, he was patient & so knowledgeable & kept it in simple terms, never complicated. We were never rushed or pushed, he was not simply trying to sell the idea, he was genuine & caring & he helped us sail effortlessly through what we thought would be a very complicated process. He was always on the end of a phone when we needed to talk, we bombarded him with questions & nothing was too much trouble. He seems to work 24/7 always there to help.
