Ordered a PS5 for son's Christmas. Unfortunately Sony made a mess of their distribution and this company did not get the number of units that they hope for, from 100's to single digit delivery.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my order as it was for Christmas. Had no problems with the company, just unfortunate that Sony couldnt meet demand. Asked for and received refund no problems.

I cant say a bad word at all about this company. Fantastic with everything all the way through my order. I really dont understand where all the negativity comes from. I will when needed be using yous again.

Contrary to some of the really harsh reviews here, I had nothing but a great experience. I didn't get my PS5 but this was at the fault of the distributor NOT Accessories Warehouse.

Incredibly transparent company and a customer service system that any high street name should be following. Every one of my questions was answered quickly and professionally; and if there was a delay this was explained honestly.

Once I get my console I will be back here straight away for my accessories.

I feel it’s fair give 3 stars today as was promised ‘guaranteed delivery’ by Christmas however that’s no longer happening due to Sony cutting numbers etc. Have to say that Luke and Alexander were great with communication with me I never had any issues with questions on Facebook Messenger being answered and extremely detailed updates! Guys once my refund hits my bank account then will update star rating as this wasn’t your fault! I still have belief you are a 5star company and would have delivered if Sony hadn’t mucked you about so much. Luckily I managed to order and PS5 through EE on 3/12 so I now have that at home ready for him for Xmas day 😊 have a lovely Xmas guys at Accessories Warehouse

Finally found a ps4 in stock here, ordered one straight away as they are so hard to get anywhere and want one for my boys for Christmas. On reading some of the reviews I got a bit worried. I got a confirmation email the same day to say my order was confirmed, then another email within 7 days to say my order had been shipped. Received my order within 2 days of shipping so thank you, will have 2 happy boys at Christmas!

made an order almost 3 weeks ago and I've not received anything. Sent a couple of emails and no reply what so ever. Terrible service. Where can I have a refund?

Honestly, after 3 weeks later and counting, i haven't received anything. your excuses for the delays are rubish. i ordered items from UK last week and already arrived. and I didn't have to pay 8.50£ for a "fast shipping" like I paid in your site. And no tracking number.

Terrible communication. Paid for a PlayStation 5 in October as promised pre Christmas delivery. Now told will be next year. Can't contact anyone for a refund. Been trying for weeks. PLEASE REFUND ORDER 1891

1 star because I can't put a zero what a joke never use had my money for 2 months was promised a playstation 5 disc for austic nephew now they blame in Sony I have been messaging for 4 weeks to get an a delivery date with no answer to come a cross there facebook page to find there blaming sony for not fulling there order and this seems like it could be true but does mean I had to call my mum and my sister and tell them that my nephew has no Christmas and no money to get a playstation 5 that we have no chance of get now as we thought we had one order to be delivered next week I hope you don't sleep at night cause I can't mum can't my sister can't what a JOKE you even know my they still haven't email me in over 4 weeks Joke plz replace joke on this with and swear words you like Joke joke Joke JOKE 😭😭

Pre-ordered a PS5 from these guys, they have had my money for the past 2 months and just promises and excuses. "we are small business" etc! Now they were supposed to start shipping the consoles as of 07/12/2020, then the update (8/12/2020) came that basically in a nutshell that its all sony's fault and no one will be getting one before Christmas.

Accesories Warehouse are single handedly the worst store I’ve ever dealt with. The communication is extremely amateurish and they cannot deal with the demand. Ordered a PS5 late September and was only advised on 08/12 that they’ll have no stock until January. Absolutely woeful to deal with, do not shop with this company for any reason whatsoever they deserve neither your business nor your trust.

Please can someone get back to me regarding my order. I was so worried it wouldnt be here in time for Christmas but by this stage I just want to know if it will be here at all.

After the first email I received I thought this was a genuine company but now I think I was deceived. I have been advised to contact my bank and I don’t want to have to take that route. All I want is a confirmation that my order is coming or not.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.. I ORDERED 2 ITEMS AND RECEIVED NOTHING... I SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS, WHICH WERE ALL IGNORED.. AFTER 2 MONTHS, I CONTACTED MY BANK AS I HAD PAID BY DEBIT CARD AND THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT REFUNDED MY MONEY.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I was expecting this as a business owner, quick....

Instead I had to cancel using my bank as had been ignored for two weeks...

They say he's only one man, but one useless one at that, either employ someone as clearly you have fleeced enough cash of people or just go work in Fast Food or something far less demanding as zero business skills.

Avoid a headache ignore all positive comments as look at all the negative first as it's a gamble all the same.

What a F*'ing JOKER, but it's just not funny messing with customers money or ignoring mostly half or more.

BEWARE - Avoid like Covid 19

Shocking service wrote to them 3 times and never got a response just want a refund sorted as soon as possible.

Order made on 30th September never received any item for date was meant to. Truly shocking company and service provided. Avoid at all costs DO NOT SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE!!!

I've been trying to get a refund since late October and it seems the only way is reviewing here. My order #1726. Please cancel the order. I do not want the purchase anymore.

Update:
I received my refund. I will say that Accessories Warehouse UK are trying to do their best with a team of only 2 people. I trust that their orders are legit but they need to work on ways to communicate with customers through official channels. I wish them the best I know it's been a very busy month for them and hope they improve.
