Just wondering where my order is as I’ve had no messages or correspondence since I ordered it!!!

I was a bit disappointed in the product as the photo was misleading on the length of the chain. I fits a child very well not an adult.

Was advertised and paid for next day delivery when ordering on Good Friday. Was told when checking out the item would be with me Saturday. Item did not arrive, did not arrive Tuesday either. Contacted them and was told as I ordered on a bank holiday Friday the order would not be processed until today (Tuesday). I was not informed of this at any point during ordering. I queried the accuracy of advertised delivery times in relation to bank holidays. Told the customer service representative I was misinformed and I am not to know what the working hours of the warehouse/distribution center are in relation to public holidays and it was their responsibility to inform customers when advertised delivery times could not be met. Rep continued to send me links to delivery times ignoring that I was complaining about being misinformed when checking out, finally told me they would pass my feedback to the relevant department and refused to refund my next day delivery charge that was not fulfilled.

Haven’t received my items yet so can not rate them however I have received 2 emails to rate the service which all I can give is 1 star as like I said items not arrived yet???

Paid for delivery 3 to 4 days. Not arriving until Wednesday! A week

The shopping experience itself was flawless. The dress fit perfectly and I loved the material, however you would think in this day and age with women constantly bemoaning the lack of pockets in dresses, that at this price point and with this dress it would be so simple to include pockets. Disappointing and returning it as a result. I just think it would function better with pockets

I ordered next-day delivery, but it’s now the third day and the parcel still hasn’t arrived
I realise it was Easter, but if your couriers aren’t working during these days, don’t give people the option to choose and pay for next-day delivery

Great although items didn’t suit me easy returns
