Loft Access panels
We were really struggling to find loft access hatches the correct size while doing our house renovation, so when we came across Accesspanelsdirect who make bespoke hatches we were over the moon. The communication was fantastic, the hatches were delivered on time and were extremely well made. Highly recommend!

Hi Mick, please accept our apologies for the damage to the panel. All panels are quality checked before despatching, therefore we would assume this has occurred during transit. We aim to resolve damages as quickly as we can with replacement goods being despatched next working day. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you for our 5 star rating! We hope we can be of assistance to you again in the future!
Superb customer service.
The panel we ordered arrived damaged, I emailed customer service and within an hour I had a phonecall apologising and offering a replacement or refund. It was clear that this isn't a regular occurrence from the questions which were politely asked about the packaging etc. You don't know how good a company is until there's a problem, I was so impressed with how they dealt with this issue, and importantly I now know it's safe to use them in future.

Fabulous service!!
Fabulous service!!
Needed a couple of access panels in new bathroom. Found this company on line and put in my order on a bank holiday Monday.
Despite the site banner saying the office was closed for the day, my access panels were sent out same day and received next day.
Panels are just what I was after as well. All good. Many thanks
