I have a climate controlled unit at Access Storage at Archibald in Winnipeg and facility was very clean. Location is easily accessible.
Shout out to Maggie Bray for being so helpful with my questions. She went way beyond to assist me with my concerns.
I will never hesitate to recommend Access Storage to anybody.

The staff has been great for the past three years and the storage facilities are very clean

The staff at the Bongard location are fantastic. Giovanna goes above and beyond at every opportunity. As a local mover I have used all the facilities in the ottawa region and they are by far the best. I highly recommend them.

I stored my personal items after leaving a domestic relationship with 3 of my young children in April 2022. 2 days later the negligence of my ex spouse has caused a tragic house fire losing everything we owned in renfrew. The last bit of personal and sentimental items we had left were stored at access 17 storage. I finally went in November 5th 2022 to gather some belongings and the smell of MOLD almost knocked me out. I started to remove some items out to find the source. My $7000 leather couches, $3000 worth of mattress, box springs, carpets, as well as $3000 worth of misscilanious were all covered in mold. And I mean COVERED. I emailed the property with photos and videos and simply requested to be reimbursed for the 6 months of storage fees. They had no sympathy and quote on quote " these units are not humidity c9ntrolled. In rainy conditions, the units will hold moisture. It's the same as storing your items packed tight in a garage. We do not have insurance to cover your items. "
When I asked for my money back they offered me my $50 deposit back if I removed the items covered in mold out of their facility.
GET INSURANCE, or rent an indoor storage unit such as diamond or anything like that. Learn from my experience

Khush and Jason were very helpful, patient, and accommodating - despite being very busy! Although there was a hiccup in our communication Khush resolved it as soon as he could. We have talked on numerous occasions, and each interaction has been positive, right from the initial phone booking. I highly recommend Access Storage, particularly the one on Eastern Ave.

Since Access Storage took over the Port Perry location my rates increased twice in 6 months and I now pay $55 more per month than I did in May 2022. Wow. And the e-mail they sent said this was a 'nominal' increase. Extremely disappointing. Unfortunately there are few other options as they seem to be buying up everything.

I'm very thankful for Austin and Nikita's help. They were both very kind and courteous. Their positive attitude was a huge help. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Kush at Eastern Ave in Toronto was super helpful in showing us the unit size we inquired about, then taking us through the building so we could see where the loading area, elevators and dollys were. He pointed out and explained the important details in the paperwork we signed, and was friendly and helpful, making things simple!

Awful experience. The storage locker at the location I used were an open cage in a warehouse, with 4 aluminum walls and no roof. I kept my belongings in there for 3 months. When it was finally time to move, everything was covered in a layer of black soot. My couches had to be shampooed and vacuumed because they were filthy. My new treadmill had water damage, and now has permanent stains. I had two end tables that were completely ruined by water as well, they went moldy. I was told there's nothing they could do for the damages. Will never use this storage company again.

Charlotte and the regional manager in Ottawa at the Vantage location were a huge help to me during a time of loss in our family. They made the moving process significantly easier and reduced extra stress on me. Thank you very much.

Sean in North Bay made the whole process and experience easy. He went above and beyond to get me a unit after the first one we were in the middle of renting got rented to another client by accident. I appreciated the monthly statement itemizing all charges. I highly recommend Sean and his team to look after any and all of your needs. Again I appreciate all that was done for us. Thank you

Thank you to Ginny and her colleagues at Access Storage, Plains Rd East, in Burlington. You have been extraordinarily helpful as we downsized and moved. It has made an onerous experience less stressful. Also, we are very pleased to be able to leave important articles stored in this clean, orderly facility.

Be careful if you have to pay by E-transfers. I've been screwed 3 times by this. They will wait until they can charge you more late fees, then they will accept it.
