Really disappointed with my experience. The whole reason I chose this company was for the unlimited resits, as that was the main selling point for me.

I completed multiple mock tests on the app and genuinely thought I’d met all the requirements before booking my test. It was never made clear that I needed to pass three mock tests in a row to activate the unlimited resits.

If this had been properly explained upfront, I would have made sure to do that before taking my test. Instead, I’m now being told I have to pay to rebook, which feels really unfair and misleading.

Overall, the lack of clear communication has been really frustrating and has completely defeated the reason I booked with them in the first place. I wouldn’t recommend unless they make their terms much clearer.

Misleading service – not official DVLA, SCAM

I booked my driving theory test through this website believing it was an official service. After completing the payment (around £50), I realised it is not affiliated with the DVLA.

I contacted them immediately to cancel and request a refund, but only offered me £23 back but I didn’t accept it. I was then told I could rebook the test, but only by paying an additional £28, which is completely unreasonable.

The whole experience felt very misleading and SCAM. There was no clear indication that this was not an official service, and the pricing is significantly higher than booking directly. Communication was also poor, with no clear names or accountability from their side.

I would strongly advise others to avoid using this service and book directly through the official DVLA instead.

Absolute scam merchants. Cancelled and requested a refund within seconds - had not even booked a test !!!!! initally received a response stating they could only refund £23 of the £48 paid on the 13th March 26 . To date despite several emails , have not received a refund.

Please don’t waste your money! They are con merchants. I booked thinking they were the official theory booking site. I immediately cancelled before the money could leave my account. They now won’t refund my cash.. nearly £50!

This is poorest company I have experienced. I booked a test for a week away and they moved it with our informing me to 5 months away. They also charged me twice and are refusing to give a refund. Very very poor do not recommend at all.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. The webpage to book the theory test looks almost identical to the actual DVLA website which is very misleading and it charges you almsot 50 quid just for booking the theory test and use their mock exam, which is also avalible online FOR FREE in other websites. When I tried to refund it, the website saids they could only refund the 23quid for booking the DVLA test for (which was not stated clearly when you pay for it and you could only find it under their terms and conditions page which is all the way down in their website.)

The unlimited retakes sounds attractive when you heard about it, but You need to pass 3 mock tests in a row before your DVSA exam in order to activate your free unlimited resits, and to pass it you need to answer 48 QUESTIONS OUT OF 50 !!! which means by the time you activate free resit you've most likely to pass it. I'd wish to gave them a zero if I could.

This sort of "service" is immoral preying on chiefly young people who don't know better. Paying £50 for something which is available for £23 direct from the government under some ridiculous pretext of "free resits", and then saying there is a £26 "platform fee" which is unrefundable when you cancel having realised the mistake, is abhorrent. This service and others like it "helping" people get passports for example should be legislated against.

The if its too good to be true then it probably is phase comes to mind.
You book appointment they change it you say you cant do but you have to change no later than 4 working days before. The resit option they offer comes with numerous clauses.....you must sit 3 mock tests and pass these and even though they give you new date which you cannot do, if you dont go/cancel your resit opt becomes void.

Third-party company which charges nearly double the price! Awful customer service which is rude and unhelpful. Book your theory test from the government website for £23, not from 'GetAPass'.

This is not right. If anyone is new to booking a test they can easily get trapped into this and purchase as I did to then learn that the gov actually only charges £23. They won’t offer a refund or follow consumer contract regulations that advises you can get a refund of a non used service after within 14 days of purchase.

We decided to cancel 30 mins after booking and they refused to give us a full refund. They said they had admin costs and costs for revision materials that we never accessed and didn't want. Bad customer service. Don't use them.

Do not use. Book date far in the future and fee non refundable. Better to book directly via dvla

No regard for UK Consumer Rights. No telephone number, just rude anonymous messages.
