Went to the location on 7065 S OBT in Orlando, FL. Met with customer rep , Michelle. She was very knowledgeable on the services Ace offers. She maneuvered well with other customers using her multi-task skills.
She was very personable and friendly.

I had an issue getting a replacement card for my Porte account and went to NE CHURCH AND GRAND/MLK in Portland Oregon. I was ecstatic with the assistance I received. Just amazing. Efficient, kind, and just a joy to get that kind of service.

Kesha at the the Martin Luther King Jr Drive location in Winston Salem was Amazing. She is always enthusiastic, knowledgeable and celebrates me as a customer. She even makes complimentary calls to remind me to come back in if she has not seen me in a while. A company, and Associate that truly appreciates you is rare. On 12.2 called ace because my card was stolen and I tried to login to my
in my on account but I couldn't because my account was blocked because ace suspected fraudulent chargs. My wallet w was stolen along with my debit card witha piece of paper with my pin code in it . When I checked my account there was 6 ATM withdrawals back to back on the same day within within an hour for 200 totaling in 1000. I filled a dispute on but l on the 24th they denied it because talking about ther is no pattern of fraud. I don't ever take that kind of money out. This is not the first time. They have never approved any fraud dispute that I have filed.

The lady working today was very very rude and ill be contacting the correct people for a more formal complaint
