DO NO USE - THEY ARE SHOCKING & Reviews speak for themselves - cancelling a booking for my wedding less than 1 week before the event without even a courtesy call but an email.

Wish we saw the reviews earlier, as soon as we did I raised those concerns about cancellation and requesting a phone number for the coach/when we would get coach details but was met with don't worry all going to be ok.

Worst and most stressful experience I’ve ever had organising travel for events. We arranged 10 coaches for an event and we had major issues with nearly every single one. We had so many issues with this company that I can’t even begin to describe them all, but all of the issues we had boiled down to extremely poor organisation and communication from all the people I dealt with. It was honestly a shockingly and unbelievably awful service - one of the worst I have ever dealt with in my 9 years of organising large scale events.

Dont book with this company! I paid a deposit almost a year in advance. I had problems ever getting a reply or return phone call from Annette Freeman regarding my charter and had to repeatedly email and call which always went to voicemail and was never returned. After sending through my final itinerarty and following up and followng up again 10 days before my charter they emailed me saying the bus had been in an accident and they cancelled my reservation. Likley story! They probalby overbooked or simply did not manange their reservations properly. No offer was made to rebook with another company what so ever. This is 10 days before a major event and now I am scrambling to find another charter bus. What kind of company does that! One that you should NEVER do business with - period.

We recently used A Class Coach Hire for a trip to Silverstone to watch the MotoGP. Our interaction with the team, was easy and nothing was an issue for them. Excellent when booking the service. Great prompt communication. Drivers arrived on time with no issues, immaculate vehicles. On our journey from the circuit, through no fault of the driver, Silverstone Circuits changed the direction of the flow of traffic, meaning the driver wasn't allowed back to our pickup point. However he persevered and still managed to make his way through to us. We left on time which was amazing, when I fear many other drivers would of simply given up. Thank you to all at A Class Coach Hire in making our weekend easy and stress free.

Spent over 2 months trying to organise a return journey with this Aclass only to be ignored via email or told by staff they would sort the booking only to never receive a quote. Staff were short/rude on the phone when I tried to ring and chase them for confirmation. Ended up going with a different company that sorted our booking within an afternoon.

SHOCKING COMPANY DO NOT USE.

I booked a mini bus for a hen party and I was told I’d get a Mercedes’ truck but instead got a transit van type taxi.

It was booked for 14 people but the van could only seat 13 meaning one of our guests had to drive (to a wine tasting event).

I have since emailed the company and received no response.

AVOID AT ALL COST

I would just like to say a big thank you to you and your 2 drivers that took us to and from Exeter airport recently. They were both extremely punctual and very helpful. Thank you for playing your part in helping us make our daughters dream wedding come true when it all fell apart around us with only 12 days to go . We all appreciated everything you did for us especially keeping our child seat for the week and bringing it back to pick us up. I was a little bit stressed but all communications were reassuring. It was a relief that we booked a minibus as we were all too tired/stressed to drive back home Monday morning at 4am from Exeter to Redditch after being awake since 6am Sunday morning.A huge thumbs up from us all

The service from start to finish was definitely "A" class!

Friendly helpful staff when booking and communication was very good.

I had a 32 seater coach and was given the drivers contact details the day before.

He was on time for both pick up and collection, friendly and no pressure was put on us to hurry up, be ready or anything.

Would 100% recommend and use again.

Helpful, flexible office staff. Friendly attitude, timely drivers. Extremely reliable.

I had an excellent experience of A Class, another coach company let me down at the last minute and A Class came to the rescue. Mandy was great to deal with, returned my emails/queries straight away and provided me with the assurances I needed to ensure the bookings would be fulfilled (which they were).

Used A Class a few times over the last few years & always been fab. Twice for airport returns and always had good service from the team and drivers. Also did a mini bus to Ascot with friends & nothing was too much, even adding a pick up & drop off point the day before. Thanks team!

Terrible company, they sub contracted the job to another company who when collected up refused to take us to our agreed drops and left us all to get a taxi home costing us. They then said they would not refund us for the taxi's and only refunded us just over 10% of the cost which didn't even cover the taxi cost.

We hired a 16 seater executive minibus to go to Ascot. Excellent service both during the booking process, especially when we altered the vehicle we wanted to hire, and on the day. The minibus was spacious, comfortable and arrived promptly. Sam, the driver, couldn’t have been more helpful - he was great!

Was part of a party that travelled for a friends birthday, was so disappointed when they promised us all a VIP coach but sent us a bus that stank of cigarettes and too small meaning some of the party had to get taxis , ruined our morning and now wont refund the over spend,and wouldn't recommend.

Avoid this company, paid for a VIP coach , promised a VIP coach , received a coach 17 seats short and with none of the extras that were pay for and promised by email, company now refusing to pay for the extra transport I had to pay for and the mess they caused on the day!

Terrible experience and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Disgusting customer service!!!I spoke with Annette, who failed to take my booking correctly originally, spoke over me while on the phone, tried to charge me more than the original quote, and was on the whole totally rude and unprofessional. I will never book with them again and would not recommend them at all!!!!

We attended my friends wedding yesterday in Chelsea and was expecting A Class Coaches to pick up 40 wedding guest to take back to the evening venue in Westerham. after waiting an hour and making numerous phone calls to be told it’s on its way the coach never turned up and they stopped answering our calls. They literally left us stranded in London on one of the busiest days as it being the Queens birthday the wedding guests had to either get a cab at over £100 or train journey. I would never recommend this company to do what they did on someone’s wedding day is so unprofessional let alone so stressful for the bride and groom.

Beautiful coach, friendly driver. However exreamly poor customer service. My booking was messed up and when I spoke with the MD I was promised a refund. Then during the course of the day and with several changes in what would be happening it was final sorted. When I spoke with the MD after the trip to arrange refund/compensation was offered £100 from my £800 booking. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was asked to put my complaint in writing which I've done now twice and emailed and phoned but have had NO responses except weird comment on FB from someone in a relationship with someone with the same surname as the MD.. coninsidental I think not !!!
