Outstanding Service and Excellent Staff.
I have used ACM Financial Services (for mortgages and life assurance) for the last 7 years and have just completed my 3rd mortgage with them. My circumstances are a little unusual and I struggled to get a decent mortgage from the big high street lenders, in fact due to my age very few would even consider me. Despite this, Andy Marshall (twice) and Chris Marshall (once) have found me really good deals which I would not have found myself, nor were they available via comparison sites.
I've never met the staff as all my contact has been by phone and email but I have been treated as an individual, not a number, and gave been given really personal, tailored service. They are always there at the end of the phone or email. A real person answers the phone! So rare these days but so important. They respond, they do what they say they are going to do, and they do it quickly, too. Without exception the brokers and staff are excellent, very good at their respective jobs, and very pleasant to deal with. Their charges are also extremely reasonable. They also recently helped my son. I cannot fault them, and cannot recommend them highly enough.
