Complained to compliance 15th January as they were still sending e-mails AFTER we had unsubscribed. They claimed we had unsubscribed from the generic e-mail they were using and "subsequent processing notice relates to our internal procedure for identifying key decision-makers; the two matters are not linked. That said, I have now applied a global domain block, ensuring that no further email addresses ... will be processed or added to our database going forward."
21st January, we have received yet another e-mail despite the claim they have applied a block
