I’ve been with acre for three years &…
I’ve been with acre for three years & have had a positive experience throughout. Customer service and delivery is reliable & on time - there is always someone at the end of the phone. We have direct & consistent communication from the business managers who look after you in the area you work in. Our London manager Sophie is absolutely incredible, she goes above and beyond to support me & my business, this level of support has only been experienced with Sophie at acre.

Excellent service from Acre Pharmacy. Kate, my representative, is always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond. No query is ever too small, and she always goes above and beyond to help.
The customer service team in the office are equally fantastic and friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. It’s so reassuring to work with such a reliable and professional team.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Acre Pharmacy to other healthcare professionals.

Sophie at ACRE has been so helpful and supportive with issues regarding our recent delivery. Being able to contact via WhatsApp is super helpful when you’re in and out with patients and can’t always take a call.
The support I had on fixing this issue was friendly and efficient. Thank you ACRE and Sophie.

I would give 10 stars if I could! I have used acre pharmacy for a number of years and they always go above and beyond for their customers!
Never ever had any problems or issues and I get deliveries almost daily! The products are always well packaged, and delivery is always efficient. I would especially like to thank Nat, who went above and beyond for me also to ensure I got my cold chain delivery during the extreme high temps/heatwave! I can’t thankyou guys enough *****

Absolutely outstanding service from Acre, especially from Amy! Amy has literally gone above and beyond to support me and my business. The service is quick, efficient and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places. I now predominantly use Acre over any supplier. They are fantastic!
