Acre Properties Avaliações

By far the best letting agent/landlord I have ever had!!

In my 15 years of renting properties, I have never known such a helpful and efficient letting company!

The property is of a great standard and Acre often carry out maintenance and checks and upgrade appliances etc. without even being asked.

They have a really slick and user-friendly site for reporting repairs and always act on requests really quickly. They also take any complaints/concerns very seriously and go above and beyond to make sure they are addressed.

The team provide a really effective and professional service, whilst also being very warm and friendly.

A huge thanks to Jonathan and the team for all their hard work!

Went out of their way to help me get into the property as soon as they could. Friendly, helpful, great communication, would highly recommend!

Such a friendly, professional and reliable team. I would highly recommend Acre Properties. I was welcomed in the branch by all the staff and my needs were met beyond my expectations.

We own a property in the same building as Acre Properties. They did a great job of renovating their apartment as well as the whole building via their contractor Rob. The place now looks like a million dollars. I am sure their tenants will be well looked after.

Extremely professional service throughout. Every member of staff has been incredibly helpful and quick. Couldn’t be happier I chose to let with Acre Properties. As a busy young doctor I’ve been very pleased with how easy and stress-free the whole process has been. It’s clear that the company and staff care about doing a great job and looking after their tenants. Highly recommend to any young professional.

I visited properties through Spareroom with Ben and what a saver company!
They are absolutely trustful and very professional. All the properties are high standards.

I will recommend absolutely to contact them if you look for the best value for money in West London.

Thank you for your professionalism.

I have had a great experience with Acre Property. Starting with efficient arrangement of viewings - the agent proposed to show multiple properties on the same day. Then Tenancy Administrator dealt with preparation of all necessary documents and checks in 2 days!
They both explained everything well and were
very friendly, understanding and professional.

Thank you!

Very good company for finding a room in London. The process of viewing the room and finalising the contract was very simple and smooth.
The team is always quick in answering and helping and sending someone for repair if needed.

Rob and the team at Acre Properties have been dealing with an upgrade and refurbishment to a building in which I live. The guys working have been very respectful of others during the upgrade, have been very generous with the improvements made (offering to upgrade our communal areas for the benefit of all), been very approachable with regards to their plans and highly efficient in getting things completed. The work is to a great standard and I'm grateful that I have a neighbouring property under the care of this company.

A team of highly skilled and friendly professionals. Thanks so much guys - the improvements made are unbelievable considering the trouble we have had in trying to arrange similar upgrades in the past. Your involvement has transformed the space in which the residents now live.

From our initial contact, right through to signing the contracts, everybody we have dealt with has been truly 5-star! Alex, Jonathan, and Natalia have been brilliant. The property was exactly what we were looking for and we viewed it the same day we found it online!

Excellent service! After trying to find a property in London for several weeks with no result, Acre Properties was our saving grace! They agreed to meet us the same day with short notice and one of their agents Alex showed us round! He was very professional, knew his stuff, and made the viewing process very simple! After agreeing we wanted it, the rest of the process was very smooth and Natalia was perfect in getting all the documentation cleared as smoothly as possible! We are now moved in and love the place! Highly recommend their service for anybody who wants to experience a hassle free letting process in London!

Overall, I'm very pleased with the service provided by Acre Properties. Ben was very nice and gave up his Sunday morning to show me multiple properties, all modern clean and spacious. Natalia was very lovely as well as efficient, prepared and thorough when it came time to deal with the paperwork. The whole process of finding an apartment and moving has been surprisingly stress-free this time around. Thanks again guys !

I have worked with Acre Properties for the last 5 years and can honestly say its been a pleasure working with them. The service, standard of their properties and their staff are fantastic. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Acre Properties to anyone.

I was so so so close to signing a contract with another agency, but received a viewing invitation from Acre Properties at last minute and they were able to arrange an immediate viewing within the next 30mins++. Absolutely satisfied with their service, and their properties - so far the best I came across out of 20+ viewings. Also visited their office in Chiswick for a surprise drop-in to check if they are legit and it was a pleasant experience there too. Everything was just flawless - including their contract, it is absolutely "the property" I'm looking for.

I have recently finished a four month intensive training and mentoring course at Acre Properties. Acre Properties was introduced to me by a charity called spear to help me get my foot through the door in property.

I am very thankful and grateful that Acre gave me the opportunity to learn with them, I can honestly say I've enjoyed every moment as it has helped me vastly develop myself, it has definitely been an eye opening experience as i got to see all aspects of property and have been taught how to have a good work ethics and to complete tasks at a very high standard.

I have seen properties being purchased in poor conditions to then being changed to beautiful homes in a matter of weeks.

I have also had the privilege of meeting business professionals the likes of estate agents, a banking director, a surveyor, an interior designer, also a strictly star and a man by the name of Ian Thorpe who has helped provide clean water to 2.4 million underprivileged people across Africa, which i found very inspiring.

Acre Properties is a very welcoming and a friendly environment which made my time there very easy and comfortable. On countless occasions saw Acre staff go above and beyond for its tenants, one of the best customer service i have seen as due to their efficiency and care.

Thank you to everyone at Acre Properties for helping me grow my confidence and allowing me to have a better future due to all the support and encouragement received.

Great modern properties which have been refurbished to a high standard. Very helpful Admin Team. Brilliant service. Highly recommended!

I have been working with Acre Properties in a professional & collaborative partnership for over 10 years. I find company leadership and services to be very socially conscious and proactively supporting wider local community. Acre is one of the rare privately owned companies dedicated in focusing on "less advantaged" members of society. Acre Properties have been relentless in proactively making changes and adapting to circumstances in order make sure they keep their rents on affordable level & accessible.
I would strongly recommend Acre Properties to all those public spirit Landlords, wishing to carry on providing affordable housing to benefit claimants. Acre Properties will not only find best tenants for you, but will also assure long lived successful tenancies, trough dedicated & proactive tenancy support work and effective property management.
I have found Acre Properties continuously supporting existing partnerships, bringing others together in order to deliver best outcomes.
I wish Acre Properties, their tenants & landlords long lived prosperity and success!

A fantastic, friendly service. From being shown around various flats, all the way to signing the paperwork. The staff here are kind, helpful and efficient. It definitely put me at ease when going through the process of renting a flat and finding the property which would suit me the most. I will definitely recommend using ACRE properties to anyone else I know looking to rent in London!

I look forward to renting through Acre for the time spent in London.. I feel like I wouldn't want to go anywhere else now! Thanks everyone for your help!

Not only do Acre Properties strive to give the customer the best experience possible, but they strive to make a positive impact in the world at the same time, through a huge amount of work for charity. They're not just your average property company. You'll find something special here.
