Excellent service from Activate on Demand. Encountering a problem whilst authorising payment on my banking app I later noticed that I had erroneously placed my order twice. I emailed AoD to ask if they could please cancel one of items. However, being efficient both orders were already in the pipeline. They advised on what action could be taken upon delivery and I decided on the easy option - refuse delivery so that the courier DPD, in this instance, could start the process of returning the item to AoD. Goods ordered on Wednesday. Delivery was the following day and the very next day the returned item was back with AoD plus refund paid into my bank account. Super efficient service from both Activate on Demand and DPD and can highly recommend them.

Tracking confirms they received it nearly 2 weeks ago, yet after multiple chase-up emails regarding my £500 refund, I’m still getting generic responses like: “Once we receive and inspect the item…”
You already HAVE received it.
At this point, it feels like either nobody can be bothered to check properly or they are deliberately delaying refunds.
Would strongly recommend avoiding this company entirely.

I had an issue with a package arriving opened. I contacted Activate Ondemand by email not expecting to hear back so quickly, especially as they don’t have a phone number, to my surprise,I received a reply within eight minutes and then a phone call 10 minutes later.
Justin Christie, was absolutely exceptional. He was polite professional and genuinely wanted to help in whatever way I preferred. I explained I wanted a replacement.
He asked me to send the package back and assured me as soon as I confirmed it had been posted he would send out a replacement.
This level of customer service is rare these days, fast responses, excellent communication and a genuinely helpful attitude throughout. Exceptional service from start to finish, thank you Justin.

Purchased Ring Doorbell.

One reply was not on point I believe caused by my email perhaps not being fully read, however once I had replied and pointed this out all was resolved very quickly.
Received returns label, sent AOD my proof of postage, Moneys refunded to my account.
Absolutely brilliant service.

Update 16/4 - Hi Justin, so sorry for not replying sooner. I've been really busy at work and then took ages to set up our new ring which arrived today when I only ordered it at 5.30pm last night!!! 😉🤣

Once i reached out to them they were very helpful on a one on one basis to make sure my confusions and doubts were cleared and checked up on my delivery which is arriving within 2 days of ordering the item

I have only received an order notification, with no further information regarding delivery timescale.
I have now had an update informing me that the order is now being processed and I will receive delivery information, with 2-5 days delivery.
I will monitor this closely, as other people mention not receiving the item, even with the supplied tracking information.
I was contacted by AOD who informed me of problems at the supplier and then supplied the tracking information.
I have now received the item, which was sent next day once the problem at the supplier was sorted.

I ordered an item on October 2025 and that item came with a promotional claim voucher from Activate onDemand. It has been 5 months since then and I have still not received my promotional claim voucher. I've asked their customer support about it multiple times since then and just receive the same response about how they'll look into it.
Absolutely awful service with no communication or proper way to get support.

I ordered on Sunday afternoon and my delivery has arrived already! No delivery charge with my purchase either.
This is way too expensive for the size
I ordered an Samsung A17 5G as a part of an offer/discount on my banking app on 19/03/26 I received an initial email to confirm my order which had all the info, this was seconds after the I placed my order.
Although I have not been given an expected delivery date which is a bit concerning because I’ve just spent so much and these guys won’t even let me know when they will deliver it. I had initially no intentions of buying the phone online as it’s for someone’s birthday which is next week but since it was on offer and on the website it said quick standard shipping I placed the order. I bought it which I need it for next week and now I’m concerned if it will even arrive by then as I’ve just read some reviews and it’s not only me having this issue all these other people have had it a lot worse, meaning weeks of no body getting in contact of where their order is. I would really appreciate if there was any better way to contact these guys or if the delivery will take to long is there any way to cancel my order, it’s been all this time.
But I am still waiting.
I was not expecting that but wow! The customer service is amazing, I sent this review yesterday and just earlier on I got a call from their customer support team which had tracked down my order and answered all my questions and worries I was having regarding this sale. The problem is now solved, loved the quick and detailed response.

I ordered an Ninja Air fryer on 06/03/26 I received an initial email to say the item had been shipped, this was on the 09/3/26.
I have email twice now, to see if i could be give an expected delivery date. I receive an automated email back with a ticket number and stating i would receive a response in 24hr -48hrs..
I am still waiting.

I placed an order for an Oura ring after purchasing the sizing kit through them. This should have applied £10 off of the product, turns out I needed to email them for a code to get the £10 off (wasn’t clear).
No delivery options meaning I won’t receive the product until later than needed (looks like standard working day delivery is used).
Absolutely no way to contact the company, expect 2-3 day response to email with requests for contact being ignored.
