Pleasantly surprised it worked - eventually
Like most people, I was a bit suspicious about this (the usual "too good to be true"), but as there was a discount on and a Win 10 key was little more than 5 pounds, I thought I'd give it a go.
Initially my fears were confirmed, a freshly installed Windows 10 Pro would not activate, it said the key was already in use. I tried their recommended solution, but that didn't work, so I then contacted ActivationKeep with the issue, and within an hour or so they provided me with another key, and that activated fine.
The only reason I knocked off one star, was that the original key didn't work first time.

The product activation arrived very quickly. I followed all the instructions that came with it and in a very short time it was activated. I was worried that it might be difficult to do but the instructions were really comprehensive and it all worked perfectly.

Software worked with a little help from support
The software did work eventually but was a little confusing as the download wizard didn't appear as per the instructions and it looked like nothing was happening. Once I had removed the old software & tried again with the help of the support team it worked fine. Great price & support

Purchased Office 2021 pro, I downloaded it and activated. I had some initial teething challenges but figured out myself. Meanwhile David from Activation Keep had reached out as a courtesy. I didn’t need any help but great to know they were on hand if needed. I would recommend and use again.

My experience was made great because the guy actually spent time explaining and talking me through the process. Even if i had any questions he got back to me straight away. I would highly recommend these people. They have been absolutely amazing with me talking me through it step by step 100% even if your not a computer wizard like me they made it easier for me.

The service however was well and truly exceptional, although I got a few things wrong during installation the Ativationkeep helpdesk did whatever they deemed necessary to make things right.

Unbelievable support!
Unbelievable support! Had issues with activation on a Friday evening, they made it so easy to let them know I was having an issue. I wasn't expecting to receive a response until Monday but in my inbox was an email offering help.
Within 10 minutes it was all resolved.
Cannot rate them highly enough - especially when you consider the prices.

I’m impressed with this company
I’m impressed with this company. I had difficulty installing the product on my laptop, David guided me throughout the whole process, even till very late. I recommend them, and I would use this company over and over again. If there is 7 star, I would give them.
