I ordered the wrong size shorts and it was a very quick and easy process to make an exchange. Staff were very helpful.

A query on Facebook which they answered instantly . Order placed and delivered in 2 days . Other company’s should follow this standard of service & commitment to there business . First time I’ve used this company and I’ll definitely use them again , keep up the good work 👍👍👍👍👍

My return was confirmed delivered Monday yet it’s now Friday and I have still not received the funds back despite paying for return postage and having £5 deducted for processing fee’s nothing seems to be being processed

I ordered a tracksuit which came next day as advertised. The tracksuit ended up being too small so had to return (no fault of seller!) and my return was accepted, processed and refunded in just over a week. Always sceptical about websites and instagram pages like this but Active Clo have been great.

Don’t be sceptical. There are so many dodgy websites out there selling similar clothes to this one. I’ve been done over before and ordered stuff that never arrived. These guys Sent out the order straight away and I received it 2 days later. Really happy and I’ll deffo be using these guys again.
