We've used Ian at Active Mortgages for our mortgage renewal and more recently for life insurance and income protection. The process was simple, and Ian was really good at explaining everything. Having dealt with others before, it was nice to have someone genuinely interested in helping us out. Even after everything was sorted, he kept giving us advice and support on canceling old policies we didn't need anymore. I've recommended him and will keep doing so.

Dan was incredible for me and my partner getting us a mortgage for our first house easily even though I'm self-employed and my partner has a temp job - so grateful for the hand holding during the process. Dan was happy to answer any questions and general all round great vibes, thanks so much!

Fantastic service! Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Went through Active Mortgages back in 2020 to secure a mortgage as a business owner as the banks wouldn't even look at me with their draconian methods. Active Mortgages were able to guide me through the full process of what they as my broker could do for me. They found a cracking deal for me, I paid their fee and the mortgage was sorted quickly. In 2026 as I write this, I spoke with the same rep there, he's still just as friendly and helpful as he was, this time I secured a new mortgage within a day. They are a truly exceptional service for those that aren't able to access a mortgage via conventional methods. 5/5
