My husband booked me in for a Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Nikita. What a fantastic massage! I suffer with joint Hypermobility & Fibromyalgia so a gentle pressure on my skin is ideal for me. It was so relaxing, that relaxing I could have easily have dosed off! There was no rush and I felt each area was worked on thoroughly whilst being so gentle.
Clinic was spotless and Nikita was lovely. I will definitely book again and recommend to others :)

Been for a couple of massages here and both times felt very listened to and treated according to my symptoms. Enjoy learning from the therapists also.

Eszter made me feel very comfortable, she is very knowledgeable and gives informative advice for better mobility and comfort. My last two experiences I have left feeling a lot lighter and relaxed. I highly recommend.

The deep tissue massages at Active Health Clinic fixed my long-term leg aches which I developed over a decade of physical work. I had dealt with a chronic knee-pain and went through a short physio treatment with NHS. They helped identify the root cause, but did nothing to reduce recurring aches and swelling. It turned out later that a few sessions at AH Clinic were the solution. Rebecca targeted deeply hidden muscle knots and effectively released the tensions that I lived with for years. Two years later, the problem has not returned! I didn't realise that a good massage done by a specialist can do such wonders. 100% recommend.

Went for a deep tissue massage and the therapist really listened to what issues I was having and spent more time on areas that I felt needed more attention. The clinic is spotless and in a great location with plenty of parking.

I had a deep tissue massage from Eszter and she was really effective, pleasant and totally professional.
She listened to my complaints about my lower back and got to work whilst constantly checking how the pain was and if that was the right area of pain. She also provided me with some corrective exercises to do regularly afterwards. The pain had really eased off after a day and overall the experience was top drawer and I’ll be back!

Excellent treatment from Andrea who managed to clear up my injury way quicker than I'd expected. Her combination of treatment approaches allowed me to back fit very quickly

Love this place, it’s very easy to get to and it has parking. The treatments are all great I’ve tried a few and I have been very impressed. My shoulder pain is almost gone, now to start on my hip 👍

This sports massage was most effective. The physio was great and i felt so much better afterwards

I've been for 2 deep tissue massage with 2 different therapists. I've had a really great experience both times. The therapists were both really friendly and knowledgeable and the pressure applied and areas targeted was spot on. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. I would recommend Avtive Health and I will definitely been returning soon.

Brilliant place physios are top class tore my calf muscle and Rebecca and Andrea helped me massively in my rehab process would recommend massively to anyone with any injuries niggles or even just needing a massage
