I had a great experience with this agency initially. Scott, my recruiter, did an excellent job finding me the perfect job, close to home, and I was hired directly on a permanent contract—so far, so good.
However, things took a turn when I referred a friend. I was told I’d receive a £200 referral bonus, as advertised on their website. Instead, I only received £125 with no explanation. I tried contacting them about the discrepancy, but they stopped responding to my emails.
It’s a shame because their service started out so well, but the lack of transparency and follow-through on their referral promise left me feeling disappointed. I expected better communication and accountability.

Having been made redundant at the end of May, Sasha worked really hard to find me a new position asap. Working with Sasha and a local company, I quickly had interviews and was re-employed by the 3rd week of June. Without Sasha’s support this would have not been possible. Thank you very much for all your hard work and very happy and pleasant approach for getting me this job.
