I ordered from this company on 2nd January and to date have not received any goods. Wrote to them several times asking for updates on my order. Had no replies. Should have read these reviews first. Checking on Companies House it looks as if this company had liquidators called in in May 2025. I would suggest you Go to Companies House and check for yourself. EDIT: I sent a message to stevefrost at activewear group today and received a reply today, apologising for delay and said it would be despatched soon. I await the products - 2nd EDIT: I have received the order. Not well packaged, but it is what I ordered. I feel I would not have received this had I not emailed Steve Frost at the company. I received several replies from three different people. I checked them out on google maps and could not find the company at this address. Though I have received my order, I would not shop with them again, not a great experience.

This is far and away the dodgiest company I have ever ordered from. A complete disaster.

- Ordered 2 pairs of trousers for work
- The order didn't move or update for more than a week, items sold were obviously not held in stock by them.
- They ignored my emails for a further week or so until I contacted the payment provider for assistance.
- They fobbed me off with pathetic excuses and eventually a week later shipped one of the two pairs of trousers I ordered, then lied to the payment provider that the order was fulfilled,
- I am now down 20 quid for a pair of trousers that the seller cannot be bothered to supply as ordered.
- They are ignorning all further messages and have even deleted my order from the history of the account I set up with them!
- resigned to writing off 20 quid and having to purchase again from a competent, honest, and reputable seller.

Do yourself a favour and avoid these charlatans. Don't go near them even as a last resort.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE.
I bought 2 items. 1 was returned due to wrong size and they are not refunding me. The 2nd item never arrived and they are also refusing a refund on that. They're almost impossible to contact and are rude when they do reply. Im now having to take up a fraud claim through my bank!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

DON'T! Wrong order date, three different order numbers and credit card charged twice. Told me to contact my bank.

This company is a joke.

I've used activewear group all year for my small business to source plain garments to print and had been pretty OK with the experience.
I had one order where an item was missing, but with no delivery note or mention I had to wait over a week and a bit for a response, just to be told yes it wasn't in stock - well if I hadn't done my own stock check I'd never have known!
Well, it all went DOWNHILL when I placed my last order for my Christmas orders on the 8TH of December - we are now nearly 10 days later and I've had to fight tooth and nail, spam with emails and messages to their social media just for an AI generated response about one order and no response at all to the first emails/ earlier order! I have since ordered elsewhere with ralawise who guarantee next day delivery and have beaten AWG on price for items.

I finally got a response after I requested a refund, only to be offered store credit!
well, I obviously won't be using them next year so!
Now to fight to get my money back. Honestly don't run the risk, Ive gone nearly a year without any major mishaps but the lack of customer service and AI responses show just how little this company care.
Take your business elsewhere!

I wish I had looked at the reviews before placing my order. Firstly website is useless! After about 10 attempts and constantly being asked to change my password and also not being able to pay for my order it finally went through. While trying to place order I sent e-mails left messages on their answer machine no response.
Finally once order went through it arrived incomplete now trying to sort it out with activewear. They don't know their left hand from their right hand. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Oh my goodness. Wish I had read these reviews first.
I placed an order, they sent me the complete wrong thing. I contacted them and they said if I pay for the return postage they'll reimburse me the postage paid and send out the correct item. I did that, they didn't reimburse me, then lied and said they didn't receive my return
Luckily I tracked it. They then sent my item, again, wrong, not as on the website. Contacted them, they deny it being different from online. Then stop responding to me. Still haven't received my reimbursement either. I'd advise everyone to contact citizens advice and get trading standards to investigate. They are thiefs

Do not use this company, waiting 6 months for refund and still haven't received it. They just ignore you and don't reply.

I have contacted my bank and reported them with a Section 75 claim.

I have asked for a refund as they have not delivered and do not connect with you. I have missed my deadline and the event has passed.

I have also contacted a solicitor who will be in touch with them.

They should have, and will have, consequences.

The website was well laid out. The prices were excellent.Ordering was simple. My package arrived within two days of ordering. The article I ordered looks like a very expensive item on. It's great quality.
If I'd have read the reviews before I ordered I wouldn't have done it. I'm so glad I read them when it was too late!

Made an order for 3 t shirts got no email about my order.contacted the company about my order after 2 days had a reply to tell me they are waiting for stock to come in .so asked twice for a refund still no reply . Today 19th nov. Asked for a full refund again waiting for a reply .so if you dont want to loose your payment .then stay away from this seller. Bad communication .if they have no stock they should state this in there adds .also they have not given me a order number .please dont buy from this seller stay clear and buy from another site you have more chance of getting what you want

I ordered a pair of dr marten safety boots despite reading the reviews as they where so much cheaper then what was around and I thought id take the risk, I payed extra for the 1-3 day evri delivery and it came in 5 days hence the 4 star review but the item came as described and im very happy with mt purchase its a shame other people had such a bad experience as mine was pretty good thank you active wear group 👍👍

Ordered some items at the start of the week for a new collection launch, this was the only place that had the colour of tees i needed.

I ordered early in the week as delivery said 3 days and the printer I was sending them to is closed on a weekend.

The order was not even packed until the end of the week and shipped on a weekend. This parcel was then left outside of the printers warehouse on an industrial estate all weekend as they delivered on a Saturday apparently, but my printer never got the box.

After having to fill out a heap of paperwork, and weeks now having passed, they sent out a replacement order, which has sizes missing that i have paid for!!! Now being told december after I asked where are these sizes.

So now my christmas launch for this product is ruined, they have been terrible at communication by not even telling me this and on top of this, I come to Trustpilot to vent my frustrations and wish i had read all of this on here sooner, as if i had - i would never have ordered from them!!

How this business is still in business is beyond me! Shocking on every level, from service, communication to purchase. None of this experience has been good in anyway, shape or form.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Well I wish I had seen these reviews earlier! We ordered a tshirt because the site said 1-3 business days delivery. A week later and nothing from them so we wrote to say we wanted to cancel the order because the event we wanted the shirt for had now been and gone. They wrote and said ‘it was being made and so they now couldn’t refund us fully and would need to take 20% off the price if we return it’. Clearly a lie as it was a fruit of the loom T-shirt. Magically, it got shipped an hour or two later. We wrote to say we wanted a full refund as well as the return postage.

This is clearly someone running a drop ship business or something who cannot keep up to the promises on their site. Avoid! We will take it up with small claims court as that’s actually quite easy to do and want to save other people from falling for this scamming type behaviour (lying about producing the clothing to get 20% of the money rather than accepting returns)

I wish I had read these reviews before shopping from this website I hope others will before they do! I placed an order with the 1-3 day delivery because I needed the goods in that time frame. No dispatch email, and when I emailed I got a generic reply saying my order will be fulfilled once they have the stock. I have emailed a few times again and nothing. It appears they may order in their stock when they receive orders which is not the correct way, especially if you are selling express delivery. I am a small business and need the product for Christmas orders. I’m now £170 out of pocket with no idea when I will receive my order.

Terrible. Ordered 6 products. Money taken. No order confirmation. And no products receieved. And no response from customer service

The WORST COMPANY to deal with. Please do not buy anything from Activewear Group Ltd. They have no business ethics or honesty. I’ve had a bad experience dealing with them for my refunds. Pathetic customer service. No responses nor the refunds. PayPal should black list such organisations.
In short, look elsewhere for your needs.

Took over a week before they bothered to dispatch. Mens hoodie arrived and the sleeve cuffs were far to small for man hands

I ordered a poncho on 9/6/25 and by 9/14/25 the order still hadn’t shipped. I contacted the company and they said “Please accept my apologies for this,
Your order has now been expedited, and you will receive a despatch email in due course.” By 9/18/25 I still hadn’t gotten a shipment confirmation and I contacted them again and got the exact same response. I reached out to them on 9/21/25 after still no shipment and a day later they asked for my order number which was included in my original message and I still haven’t heard back with any more information.
I ordered this on the 6th for a birthday present for the 26th thinking it would be enough time. It won’t arrive to be given as a present and I’m concerned it won’t arrive at all. I am still hoping it will be shipped but hopefully I can at least get a refund if it never arrives. It’s been a frustrating experience with this company so far.
