Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that your experience during the webinar didn’t meet your expectations.

We’d like to clarify that Zoom webinars operate differently from Zoom meetings: for privacy and bandwidth reasons, participants cannot see one another, nor can the hosts see attendees on camera. As such, we’re unable to see gestures like waving—though we absolutely appreciate the warmth behind it. The Q&A feature is built specifically for webinars to allow participants to submit questions, and we encourage its use for exactly that purpose.

We received over 100 questions during the session, with 350 attendees joining live. While we do our best to address as many as possible, it simply isn’t feasible to respond to every one in real time. To ensure all voices are heard, our marketing team has kindly offered each attendee a 1:1 follow-up call to discuss any unanswered questions personally. You’re warmly encouraged to book that session, and we would be glad to support you directly.

It’s unfortunate that there was some misunderstanding around webinar format and functionality, but we do hope this won’t prevent you from continuing your journey with us. We look forward to seeing your name come through for a follow-up call and answering your questions in more detail.
