Just completed my ILM Level 7…
I have just completed my ILM Level 7 with Actuate, having started in Dec 2023. It was a tough course to complete, but I guess it's supposed to be at this level. The majority of the course is independent study, so do be prepared for that. The classroom-based sessions were good, and Actuate took on suggestions for improvements when we hit some snags. The ongoing support from Gwyn Thomas was outstanding. He was supportive (especially at 8am on the Tuesday Task support sessions) and he helped me see the wood for the trees when completing my tasks. Also the support team (especially Nicole Malkin) were responsive, helpful and often worked outside of office hours to respond to my queries.

James always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is progressing as planned. He is encouraging without being pushy and seems to have the answers to all my questions. Very happy, and will probably register for my third Actuate course in the next few weeks!

NED course is well run and CV writing is excellent
Doing the NED course and really impressed with Actuate so far. The first 4 modules were interesting and led by highly experienced experts in their field. The onboarding and 1:1 support has been great and Nadia did a very good job of drafting my NED CV and she is clearly very experienced.

She took a number of old CV's varying in detail and crafted a new CV focusing on skills and capabilities aligned with board requirements rather than chronology.
