The support and help that I received from Bianca to resolve my ILM7 issues. Bianca was professional and supportive while I was having a melt down. She took time to listen and understand the issue and then offered me solutions which she took away and actioned. At the end of the call I was confident that all would be well and it was. Off to a great start.
I’ve been very impressed with the whole on boarding arrangements with actual global. The whole process was informative, customer centred and without a hint of pressure. The early exploratory discussions to clarify my learning needs and operationalisation of learning once gained, with professional, focused and extremely clarifying. It is removed much of the caution of ‘sales without substance’ approaches provided by some other organisations!.
Obviously, I am at the start of a process with Actuate but I am very much looking forward to the times ahead.

Very thorough Career Support and CV Guidance from Nadia

I have found the tutors to be of a high standard, the course content was excellent and all of the staff at Actuate are very helpful. Personally I found the limit on word count on the assignments to be challenging. I am happy with the support that I am receiving from Actuate.
