We have been using Acute Medics for our Club organised running events for many years now. We keep coming back because they provide top quality coverage and service at a great price.

Acute Medics have been providing first rate medical cover to our running events for 3 years; mud runs, trail runs, ocr runs, up to 2,000 runners at any event.

They plan the cover with us in advance of race day, have easy communication in the run up and on race day. Would highly recommend Shaz and her team, great company with the strongest ethics.

Shaz and her team are wholly professional, dedicated, and deliver exceptional care to our customers. Acute Medical have worked with us in partnership to design and deliver processes that keep our customers safe and happy at our wide range of events at Cardiff Students' Union.

Roedd Shareen yn effeithlon ac roedd hi'n bleser gweithio gyda hi. Acute Medics provided 2 first-aiders for our (Campau Celtaidd Cymru) mini bando tournament for local primary school pupils during the Urdd Eisteddfod in Margam Park) in June 2025. Shareen was efficient and easy and pleasant to deal with. Her colleagues arrived in good time for the start of the event and were a reassuring presence for the players, parents and teachers.

Honestly couldn't be happier with the service these guys offered, every member of staff was helpful and polite and went out of their way to help with our event. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, and will definitely be using them for our future events
