it would be alot easier for me if the representatives of Acutrak could speak a little slower because they have a really heavy accent and it is very hard for me to understand. The service I don't know yet as I have not sold any books.

Very seamless process to get book fulfillment set-up. Some surprises surrounding final shipping costs and the right mailer to use, but it should be improved with the new TikTok shipping.

I like that when I have any issue team members are alway willing to address it by scheduling an appointment or even sooner then that when possible. I like that they coordinate different member to address the issue when needed and show me how the issue was addressed in real time via the web.

So far really good experience from the moment you book a call. They explain all the pricing, the steps you need, how much you'd be making with various price points, and great with following up with you so you keep moving. fulfillment is very quick too.
